在移植肾动脉狭窄动脉模型建立前后进行CDFI扫查，观察移植肾动脉及移植肾内各级动脉的彩色血流充盈情况，重点观察移植肾动脉人为狭窄处有无五彩镶嵌的高速彩色血流信号，并获取移植肾动脉人为狭窄处及肾动脉主干肾门处以及移植肾各级动脉的频谱，选取的测定指标包括：PSV、EDV、RI；经外周静脉注入造影剂，开启造影程序，采集并存贮造影剂开始注入至造影剂在移植肾动脉及移植肾内完全消失的连续动态声像图。
