Portal hypertensive enteropathy,whose fundamental pathologic change is a vasculopathy characterized histopathologically by mucosal and submucosal vessel dilatation,oedema and congestion,mainly results from a combination of increased intrahepatic vascular resistance and increased blood flow through the portal venous system.

肝硬化门静脉高压性肠病(portal hypertensive enteropathy，PHE)的2大主要发病机制是肝内门脉血流阻力增加和流经门脉血流增多。PHE的基本特征是组织病理学上的特征性血管病变。临床表现无特异性，但却是下消化道出血的主要原因。

Methods Select316cases out of pregnant women who are free from synˉdrome in the pregnant period of weeks from36 +1 -41 +6 in the position of head down,Check the delivery with the deˉterctor of fetus funiculus blood SRF608and analyze the result of test,and evaluate the fetus-neck-winding and preˉdiction of funiculus blood.

对我院2002年1月～2002年12月的住院孕妇中，随机选择孕周36 +1 ～41 +6 周头位、单胎，无妊娠并发症的孕妇316例，临产后采用SRF608型胎儿脐血流检测仪检测，并对其检测结果进行分析，对脐带血流预测脐带绕颈及胎儿预后予以评价。

RESULTS: The imaging features of CBT were masses located at the bifurcation of the carotid artery, with abundant blood supply in the tumor, the internal and external carotid arteries shifted, the bifurcation of the carotid artery increased like goldcup in DSA. The imaging features of the neurilemmoma were masses located behind the bifurcation of the carotid artery, and the carotid bifurcation was normal, no blood supply in the tumor, but carotid arteries shifted.

结果：颈动脉体瘤的CDFI和DSA特征为：颈总动脉分权处单发性肿块，并与其紧密相连，瘤体内血流极为丰富，瘤体使颈外动脉向前内移位、颈内动脉向后外移位，颈内、外动脉分权角度增大明显，DSA呈高脚杯状改变；神经鞘瘤紧邻颈动脉，颈总动脉分权处角度无改变，瘤体内血流信号不丰富，瘤体使颈动脉向前、外移位。
