结果： 二维超声中，病灶形态不规则或有蟹足样突起者占97.0%，病灶内部回声低而不均匀者占98.2%，其中有微钙化者占51.2%，彩色多普勒血流显像中血流信号的检出率为98.8%，其中90.9%有穿入性血流，阻力指数≥0.70者占78.3%。

Result: The size and vessel caliber of thyroidea of the two groups pre-treatment were obviously bigger than those of the control group, the volume of blood flow and blood flow rate were obviously slower than those of the control group ( P .001), the sizes of thyroidea of the two groups became smaller, especially the group B1 was more obvious, and there was no significant difference in the size of thyroidea between group B1and control group.

MCA can be insonated through optical window. PI measured by transoptical and transtemporal investigation is consistent. However, flow velocity is slower in transoptical than in transtemporal, so the flow velocity of MCA in transoptical test needs to be cautious in clinic application.

眶窗检测MCA方法可行、检出率高，PI结果与颞窗检测一致，因此，颞窗缺如患者可经眶窗检测大脑中动脉血流速度，但要注意两窗所测血流速度的结果有差别，故临床宜慎用经眶窗测定的MCA血流速度结果。
