血气胸

Results Of 177 cases,contusion of lung(n=115),traumatic wet lung (n=17),laceration of lung and hematomas of lung (n=16),atelectasis and consolidation (n=24)(includingthedelayed11),hemothorax(n=85)(includingthedelayed21)pneumothorax(n=17),pneumohemothorax (n=15),hemomediastinum(n=7),peumomediastinum(n=9),fracture of rib (n=94) and other organs' injuries.

结果：177例中肺挫伤115例，湿肺17例，肺撕裂伤及肺内血肿16例，肺不张及肺实变24例，其中11例为迟发性肺不张，血胸85例，其中21例为迟发性血胸，气胸17例，血气胸15例，纵隔血肿7例，纵隔积气9例，肋骨骨折94例，以及合并其他脏器损伤。

Results: 75 (100%) patients were all found to have skininjury、rib fracture and hemothorax. Of which, 24 pneumohemothorax(32%)、6 clavicular fracture(8％)、11 scapular fracture(14.7％)、3 lung penetrating injure(4.0％)、2 diaphragmatic rupture(2.7％)、1 bronchial rupture(1.3％)、29 pulmonary atelectasis(38.7%)were also found.

结果〖HTSS〗：75 例患者均有不同程度的皮肤挫裂伤和擦伤(100％)，血胸75例(100 ％)，血气胸24例(32％)，肋骨骨折75例(100％)，锁骨骨折6例(8％)，肩胛骨骨折11例(14.7％)，肺穿刺伤3例(4％)，右主支气管断裂1例(1.33％)，左侧膈肌破裂2例(2.7％)，肺不张29例(38.7％)。

All the patients were treated with dehydration, rational supplement of blood-volume, betimes-mechanical ventilation and peremptorily surgery.

结果 48例脑损伤均属中、重型颅脑损伤，均合并肺挫伤、肋骨骨折或／和血气胸而致ARDS，行脱水、合理补充血容量、及时机械通气及急诊外科手术抢救治疗。

Methods autohemic blood from femoral artery of dogs was taken and injected to one side pleural cavity with the same volume of normal saline and air to establish a model of hemopneurothorax on dogs .then 24 the dogs were divided into experimental group and control group at random with 12 dogs in each group. to observe and analyze the time of chest tube insertion,the intensity of resistance to pulling and drainage effect between the thoracentesis technique of invented minute invasion closed-chest drainage and traditional closed-chest drainage.

利用家犬自体股动脉穿刺采血注入一侧胸腔、同时注入等量盐水及空气的方法建立家犬血气胸模型，并将其随机分成实验组（n=12）和对照组（n=12），观察分析自制微创胸腔闭式引流装置与传统胸腔闭式引流装置的置管时间、抗拉强度、引流效果等。
