Objective: To study the relevant causes of asphyxia neonatorum and the changes of serum biochemical indexes.

Objective To compare the successful rate of two methods of arterial puncture of cephalic arteria and arteria femoralis for blood gas analysis.

目的 比较头皮动脉穿刺和股动脉穿刺两种方法采血进行血气分析检查的穿刺成功率。

The therapeutic group was treated by elective cephalic hypothermia for 72 hours. The treatment started within 6 hours after birth.

观察两组患儿治疗前、中、后基本生命体征(体温、呼吸、心率、血压)、血生化(血糖、血电解质及肝功能、肾功能)、血气的变化，并比较两组患儿生后28天20项新生儿神经行为评分。

Methods This study was done in 100 case/times who needed blood gas analysis were equally randomized to two groups. The control group was given traditional puncture and the experiment group was given QVNI to collect blood from radial artery. The one-time-success rate of puncture and ecchymoma incidence were compared between the two groups.

收集100例次需检测血气分析的病人，随机分为两组，各50例，对照组采用传统法进行桡动脉采血，观察组采用垂直快速进针法进行桡动脉采血，观察两组一次穿刺成功率及皮下瘀血发生率，并进行比较。
