Results:The following phenomena were observed:the Ph, PaO2 of the model rabbits descended sharply, the PaCO2 increased lightly, the HR slowed down obviously, but the BR increased, the SBP and DBP of the model rabbits descended markedly, and the PS content decreased dramatically. The pneumonic pathology changes showed pneumorrhagia, atelectasis, shrink of alveolus and pulmonary hyaline membrane. The above results indicated that it accorded with the standard of I-type of acute respiratory distress syndrome.

结果：整肺灌洗后模型兔的血气pH、PaO2急剧下降，PaCO2 轻度上升，心率明显减慢而呼吸频率增加，SBP和DBP均明显下降；支气管肺泡灌洗液中PS含量明显下降；病理检查提示出现肺出血、肺不张、肺泡萎缩、透明膜形成等病变，符合Ⅰ型重症呼吸衰竭临床诊断标准。

By using β-NADPH-diaphorase histochemical staining technique,wefound for the first time that NOS activity was detected in the epithelium of airpathway and endothelium of vessels but was not detected in the small vessels(ID＜100μm),and the NOS express in pulmonary vascular endothelium of preascitic andascitic broilers were elevated,especially in the endothelium and smooth muscle layer ofsmall vesseles with thicker walls and of muscularized nomuscular artery in asciticbroilers.

本研究从田间自然发生腹水症的肉鸡群中选取正常肉鸡、亚临床腹水鸡和腹水鸡为实验对象，通过比较这三种肉鸡血流动力学、心电图、动静脉血血气、肺外动脉舒张反应性、肺血管结构以及肺组织一氧化氮合酶的活性和分布等方面的不同，探讨了肺动脉舒张能力在肉鸡肺动脉高压形成中的作用和机制。

In comparison with normal broilers,the preascitic and ascitic broilers had lowerPO2,O2 saturation,and pH levels,lower venous O2 content,but had higher CO2 content inboth arterial and venous blood,higher arterial O2 content and higher tissue O2 extractionindex.

Every patients was observed for his heart and pulmonary function recovery,blood gas analysis and pulmonic pressure.

Methods:Forty ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱ patients scheduled for selective laparoscopicassisted rectectomy were randomly divided into two groups:group A and group B.Group A received combined general and epidural anesthesia and group B received general anesthesia only.Hemodynamics changes,PaO2 HCO-3 and anesthetic doses were observed preoperation,perioperation and postoperation.
