血栓形成

OBJECTIVE:To study the effects of acetylsalicylic magnesium-ureaon thrombosis and platelet aggregation and its mechanism in animals.

目的：观察乙酰水杨酸镁-脲对血栓形成及血小板聚集的影响并探讨其机制。

Blood stream of deep vein were observe carefully after operation, eraly physical therapy were carried through by nurses aidance to prevent deep vein thrombosis.

总结18例人工髋关节置换术后的护理经验，术前采取针对性的预防措施，术后密切观察患肢深静脉血流情况，并指导协助患者进行早期功能锻炼以预防患肢深静脉血栓形成。

ABSTRACT］ Objective To evaluate the use of airwave therapy in the treatment of lower limb swelling, pain, tenderness of gastrocnemius, and in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis after lumbar operation.

目的 观察使用空气波治疗仪对腰椎术后病人肢体肿胀、疼痛、腓肠肌压痛情况的影响，以及预防下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床效果。

The causes included vein graft embolize(4 cases),uncompleted revascularize(3 cases), graft spasm(1 case) and anastomose stenosis or occlusion (5 cases).

病因包括静脉移植物血栓形成 4例，未完全再血管化 3例，移植物痉挛 1例和移植物吻合口狭窄或闭合 5例。

Results The incision healing of the 80 cases reached I/A; CR showed good reduction of the fracture after operation; no bedsore and deep vein thrombosis occurred; no hip and knee anchylosis and no limb muscular atrophy were found; functional restoration advanced obviously.

结果 80例患者手术后切口Ⅰ/甲，CR片骨折对位对线好，无褥疮及下肢深静脉血栓形成，髋膝关节无僵直、肢体肌肉无萎缩，功能康复明显提前。

Methods combined treatment with psychology, surgery and traditional chinese medicine was applied to 80 senile patients with femoral fracture by earthquake.results the incision healing of the 80 cases reached i/a; cr showed good reduction of the fracture after operation; no bedsore and deep vein thrombosis occurred; no hip and knee anchylosis and no limb muscular atrophy were found; functional restoration advanced obviously.conclusions it is effective and necessary to provide combined treatment to senile patients with femoral fracture by earthquake.

对80例高龄股骨骨折患者采用心里、手术、中药、跨学科的康复综合治疗对治疗结果进行分析，总结经验。结果 80例患者手术后切口ⅰ/甲，cr片骨折对位对线好，无褥疮及下肢深静脉血栓形成，髋膝关节无僵硬、肢体肌肉无萎缩，功能康复明显提前。结论对地震伤高龄股骨骨折患者采取心里、手术、中药、跨学科的康复综合治疗是必须的，可行的。地震伤；高龄骨折；治疗

Results: Occurrence rate shows patient of this group complication respectively for 9.1%, for part bleeding with haematoma , blood vessel inner infection , thrombopoiesis , arrhythmia cordis , hypotension or shock and crowning pulse spasm , the aneurism with and so on.

结果：本组患者并发症发生率为9.19%，分别表现为局部出血和血肿、血管内感染、血栓形成、心律失常、低血压或休克及冠脉痉挛、动脉瘤等。

It mostly due to the fracture of plaque, thrombosis up to obstruction of antrum.

它主要是由于斑块破裂、血栓形成以至管腔闭塞所致。

Results: 32 patients with PNS suffered from acute oliguria or anuria,acute deterioration of renal function and rising of serum BUN and SCr, excluding secondly glomerular disease and acute tubular necrosis?

结果 ：原发性肾病综合征在病情中突然发生少尿或无尿，肾功能急骤恶化，血尿素氮及肌酐上升，排除继发性肾小球疾病及其他原因引起的急性肾小管坏死、急性间质性肾炎和双肾静脉主干血栓形成，经甲基强的松龙和环磷酰胺或吗替麦考酚酯及标准疗程泼尼松、血液透析等对症治疗，32例患者肾功能均改善。
