目的 比较不同工艺地龙的抗动脉血栓作用，确定地龙的免加热提取工艺提供实验依据方法鼠灌胃给3 工艺制备的地龙0.2g、0.4g、0.8g生药/kg，观察对电刺激颈总动脉闭塞性血栓形成时间的影响。

objectiveto investigate the effect of myricetin dispersible tablets on experimental cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats and thrombosis formation.methodsexperimental cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury model was induced by ligation bilateral common carotid arteries. the protective effect of myricetin dispersible tablets was observed by detecting the content of cerebral water, sod and mao activities,mda and la contents.

方法采用双侧颈总动脉结扎法制备大鼠实验性全脑缺血再灌注损伤模型，通过测定大鼠脑含水量，超氧化物歧化酶、单胺氧化酶的活性和丙二醛、乳酸的含量，观察杨梅素分散片对大鼠实验性脑缺血的影响；采用体内静脉血栓形成法，观察杨梅素分散片对体内静脉血栓形成的影响；并研究其对血小板聚集的影响。
