目的：本研究通过对已确诊为慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis，CAG)的患者进行中医辨证分型及血小板膜上P选择素CD_(62P的测定，从而探讨该病的中医证型与血小板膜上P选择素CD_(62P之间有无一定的相关性，了解不同证型CAG与瘀血之间的关系，为在治疗CAG的中药中酌情加入活血化瘀的药物，提供理论依据。
