Methods Whole blood sample (2ml) acquired from 12 volunteers via a large antecubital vein was heparinized with 10U/ml heparin sodium and ice-bathed down to 4℃ and divided into the following groups: control group , PAF group , FMLP group, PAF+FMLP group , FMLP+lidocaine (10-4 M) group and lidocaine (10-4M,10-5M,10-6M )groups . the expression of CD11b in neutrophils was detected by flow cytometry in different groups .

选12名健康的成年志愿者，每位志愿者抽肘前静脉血2ml，肝素抗凝，置冰浴中降温至4℃分组如下：对照组，血小板活化因子组，趋化寡肽组，血小板活化因子+趋化寡肽， FMLP+利多卡因（10-4 M）组和P+F+利多卡因（10-4M，10-5M和10-6M）组，分别测定PMN CD11b的表达水平。

比较RA活动组54例，缓解组20例和正常对照组25例的血小板参数变化，分析54例活动期RA患者血小板参数与病情活动指标(ESR、CRP、IgG、IgA、IgM、C3、C4、RF)及临床症状（关节疼痛数、关节肿胀数、皮下硬结、口唇紫黯、肌肤甲错、舌体瘀斑或瘀点出现率）的相关性。

Under the direct current electric field, the expression of PDGFR were increased obviously and distributed asymmetricly on the membrane of VSMC. This receptor were mainly focused on the cathodal side of cellular membrane in electric field. The AT1R were also enhanced in the cells after exposure to the electric field, and the expression of AT2R had showed the changeless.

The platelet count, aggregation functions, adhesive ability, hypotonic shock reaction and CD62p expression of platelets preserved at normal temperature, cryopreserved on same day of collection and after storage for 3 days were detected, and possibility of using platelets cryopreserved after storage for 3 days in clinic was evaluated by comparison of contractable clinical cases.

本研究通过分子克隆方法获取人血小板衍生生长因子B链成熟肽基因，构建原核表达载体；利用大肠杆菌体系原核表达人血小板衍生生长因子B链前体蛋白，并纯化、复性进而获得具有功能活性的PDGF-BB；并对获得的重组rhPDGF-BB蛋白进行体外功能活性鉴定，同时，初步探讨PDGF-BB在毕赤酵母中的表达，为寻找更优化的表达纯化方法提供实验学依据。
