It was found that theintrduction of polar phosphatidylcholine to LLA chains had largely changed thehydrophilicity of the synthesized polymers. And from the research ofendothelioid cell (ECV304) compatibility and adhesion of blood platelet, wefound that the cells adhesion of ECV304 on the films of PLLA-PC-PLLA lagedcomparing to PLLA, but then could proliferate and cover the films in total,PLLA-PC-PLLA, the same as PLLA are not cytotoxicity and ECV304 canattach and proliferate on them, and PLLA-PC-PLLA can reduce the adhesion ofblood platelet.

结果表明：由于聚乳酸中磷脂酰胆碱结构的引入，使得该材料的亲水性得到很大的改善，并且随着聚合物中磷脂结构单元比例的增高其亲水性能就越好；通过对该材料进行细胞亲和性的实验研究，发现这种材料能够使细胞锚着并支持细胞的增殖；而血小板黏附的实验结果初步显示了该材料具有较好的抗血小板黏附的性质。

RESULTS: ELISA assay showed that the content of platelet-derived growth factor, transforming growth factor-β1, insulin-like growth factor-1 and vascular endothelial cell growth factor in platelet lysate attained to (300±30),(140±25),(80±35),(70±20) ng/L, respectively.

结果：①血小板裂解液中的血小板衍生生长因子、转化生长因子β1、胰岛素样生长因子1和血管内皮细胞生长因子含量分别为（300±30），（140±25），（80±35），（70±20）ng/L。

为进一步了解TPO在巨核细胞—血小板生长发育过程中所起的作用，本文就TPO在体外培养过程中对巨核细胞生成的影响，对基质细胞以及血小板减少症患者骨髓中TPO mRNA的表达进行了研究探索。

The result indicated that ZXTMN group excelled the western medicine in the aspects of ameliorating symptom and hemodynamics, adjusting sugar and lipid metabolism, and reducing urine albumin and pltaelet adhesiveness and aggreagtion. The mechanism, which ZXTMN prescription could protect renal function, probably was (1) decreasing the level of sugar and glycosylated ferrohemoglobin;(2) decreasing AR activity of erythrocyte, improving SDH activity of erythrocyte, reducing accumulation of sorbitol in the erythrocyte, thus ameliorating the polyol metabolism;(3) accommodating lipid metabolism;(4) ameliorating coagulation, gathering, thick and mucosity of patient blood.

结果表明，止消通脉宁治疗组明显优于西药对照组，在改善症状，调整糖、脂代谢，减少尿白蛋白，改善血流变，降低血小板粘附和聚集等方面具有显著的疗效，分析其治疗早期DN的机制可能有以下几个方面：（1）降低血糖和糖化血红蛋白；（2）降低DN患者红细胞AR活性、提高SDH活性、减少红细胞内山梨醇积聚从而改善多元醇代谢；（3）调节脂质代谢；（4）改善DN患者血液凝、聚、浓、粘状态，抑制血小板的粘附聚集，从而改善肾脏微循环，保护肾功能。

The results indicated that in the FNAC smears of mediastinal tumor, neutropilic myelocyte, neutropilic metamyelocyte, neutropilic stab granulocyte and neutropilic segmented granulocyte were observed in granulocytic series; early normoblast, polychromatic normoblast and orthochromatic normoblast were observed in erythrocytic series; and granular megakaryocyte, thromocytogenic megakaryocyte, scattered platelet and matured lymphocyte also were observed. Cell morphology and distribution in different stages were are similar to that in bone marrow smear, and these cells belong to the extra-medullary hemopoietic tissue.

结果表明：纵隔肿块的细针抽吸活组织的细胞学涂片显示粒系细胞中可见中性中幼粒细胞、中性晚幼粒细胞、中性杆状粒细胞、中性分叶核粒细胞；红系细胞中可见早幼红细胞、中幼红细胞、晚幼红细胞；并可见颗粒巨核细胞、产血小板的巨核细胞、散在血小板及成熟淋巴细胞；细胞形态及各期细胞分布与骨髓片相似，为髓外造血组织。

The median time to achieve a neutrophile count of 0.5×109/L was 10 days after the last dose of chemotherapy in regimen A,and the time was 16 days in regimen B.The average SLEDAI decreased from 9.2 to 4.4,and the proteinuria decreased from to (0~+) in 3 weeks after the treatment.Two cases with complication of hemolytic anemia and 1 with thrombocytopenia before the treatment recovered to normal or nearly normal hemogram respectively.Among these 5 cases,1 patient had a short time improvement during the therapy,but died 50 days later because of refractory thrombosis of renal vein; 4 other patients achieved complete or partial remission within 5~16 months follow-up.

结果方案1从CTX结束算起，中性粒细胞恢复到0.5×109/L平均需10d，方案2从Ara-C结束起，中性粒细胞恢复到0.5×109/L需16d；治疗3周时 SLEDAI平均从9.2降至4.4，尿蛋白从降至(0~+)，合并有重度难治性贫血或血小板减少者，治疗后血红蛋白或血小板分别恢复正常或接近正常；方案2治疗的1例由于肾血管血栓形成未能控制，病情短暂好转后再度恶化，1个月后死于DIC和肾功能衰竭；另4例随访5~16个月，病情基本控制。

Objective The aim of our work was to observe the relationship between platelet volume,platelet quantity and the platelet nomogram on the elderly.

目的 观察正常老年人血小板体积和数量与血小板逆方图的关系。

Results Of the 109 cases,the spots of 45 cases platelet volume,platelet quantity on rectangular coordinate chart were outside of the platelet nomogram further more a majority of them were below the platelet nomogram.

结果 109例正常老年人标本中有45例血小板数量与血小板体积在直角坐标图上的点位于逆方图外且大部分位于逆方图下方。
