Methods Forty mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: one normal control group,mice in the other three groups were all infected each with 25 cercariae, the infected control group was fed for 10 weeks after infection, and 2 weeks after infection, the high dose PTX group was given PTX 360 mg/ for 8 weeks and the low dose PTX group was given PTX 180 mg/also for 8 weeks.

将40只小鼠随机分为4组，其中3组每只小鼠人工感染日本血吸虫尾蚴25条，1组感染后继续喂养10周，不作治疗，作为感染对照组；2组分别于感染后2周用PTX 360 mg/和180 mg/灌胃治疗8周；另1组不感染、也不接受药物治疗，与上述3组同步喂养10周，作为正常对照组。10周后将上述4组小鼠分别剖杀取肝组织，光镜观察肝组织病变；用免疫组化染色方法检测小鼠肝组织中Bcl-2、Bax的水平。

Methods Balb/c mice were immunized subcutaneously three times （0,2,4 weeks） with rSj 32 emulsified with adjuvant. Each mouse was infected with （40±1） curacies of Sj （6 weeks）. After 42 days of infection, the mice were killed and the worm number was counted.

用rSj 32×103加佐剂免疫小鼠3次，分别在0、2、4周进行，第6周每鼠经腹部感染（40±1）条日本血吸虫尾蚴，感染后42 d剖杀，计算减虫率。

Results Immunostaining of cNOS and iNOS were negative in the rectums of normal rabbits, whereas the results in the of rabbits infected with S. japonicum were strong positive. The positive immunostaining of cNOS was observed in mucosal capillaries and submucosal vessels. Besides in capillaries and submucosal vessels the positive immunostaining of iNOS was seen in schistosoma ova, ova granuloma, fibroconnective tissue and suppuratie cells.

结果 正常兔直肠壁cNOS和iNOS呈阴性反应，血吸虫病兔直肠壁为强阳性，cNOS主要分布在粘膜毛细血管和粘膜下血管壁；iNOS不仅见于上述血管壁，而且见于虫卵、虫卵肉芽肿周围、纤维结缔组织中、炎性细胞之间。
