Methods 79 cases of chronic respiratory failure were divided into 2 groups randomly: control group (34 cases) were given general treatment, including anti－ inflammatory, antitussive, apophlegmatic, cardiac tonic, diuretic agents, et al; solcoseryl group received solcoseyl for 14 days besides general treatment. Hemorheologic indexes of both groups were detected before and after therapy.

79例慢阻肺、肺心病发展而来的慢性呼衰病人随机分为两组：对照组 34例，予以抗炎、止咳化痰、强心利尿、改善心肺功能的综合治疗；治疗组在综合治疗基础上予以血活素 15ml＋生理盐水 200ml，静滴，疗程 14天，两组在治疗前后测定血液流变学指标（包括高低切全血粘度，红细胞变形指数及电泳时间，血小板粘附率等）。

MethodsThe immunosuppressive mouse model was established by using hydrocortisone. Huangqi Fuzhengtang and Yupingfeng San apozema were given to the mice intragastrically. The contents of hemolysin, IL-2, and INF-γ in the mouse serum and the expression of CD3+, CD4+, and CD8+ in the peripheral blood lymphocytes were measured.

The influence of NAA (0.5 mg/L) on sterile shoot rooting of A japonica, A. crispa and A. brevicaulis was poor when in comparison with IAA (0.5 mg/L) and IBA (0.3 mg/L or 0.5 mg/L), but it had no significant difference between NAA and other auxins on shoot rooting of A.

Methods Among 14 cases of DGF, one was diagnosed as renal vein embolism, two as nephrotoxicity caused by CsA, six as acute tubular necrosis and five as acute rejection. The diagnoses were confirmed by clinical presentation, blood creatinine, color Doppler ultrasonography, and fine needle asperation biopsy, etc.
