Hemostatic mechanism total saponins of Yinfenglun were studied on plasma recalcified time, FT, KFTT and ELT. Result: TSY at different doses could markedly shorten bleeding time, reduce bleeding volume in mice. TSY also could shorten clotting time of mouse, rat and dog. TSY could influence both intrinsic coagulatian system and extrinsic coagulatian system, and had no effect of antifibrinolysis.

结果：荫风轮总苷不同剂量可明显缩短小鼠断尾出血时间，减少出血量，并能缩短小鼠、大鼠、犬凝血时间；可明显缩短家兔血浆复钙时间、凝血酶原时间和白陶土部分凝血活酶时间，但对大鼠优球蛋白溶解时间无明显影响，表明荫风轮总苷既能影响内源性凝血系统，又能影响外源性凝血系统。

In the first time,the results suggest that after iodine-nutritional status in pregnant women is improved,elevation of neonatal TSH during expulsive process is a general phenomenon,especially in vaginal expulsive neonates.Vaginal birth way is one of the important factors which makes umbilical cord blood TSH tend to higher value.It is suggested that umbilical cord blood TSH values from vaginal birth should be corrected by those from cesarean section or heel blood

Objective: To observe the effects of acupuncture on hyperlipidemia and hyperviscosity in the old people, Methods: Sixty subjects in treatment group were treated with acupuncture plus Ligustrazine, and another 60 subjects in control group were treated simply with Ligustrazine.
