BACKGROUND: Iliosacral screw fixing the sacroiliac joint after reduction can provide the stability of the pelvis.

背景：骶髂螺钉直接固定复位后的骶髂关节，可提供足够的骨盆稳定性，其生物力学稳定性优于其他常用的内固定。

OBJECTIVE: To explore the clinical effects of percutaneous iliosacral articulation screws and pelvis external fixation in the treatment for Tile C type pelvic fracture.

目的：观察经皮骶髂关节空心螺钉置入联合骨盆外固定架治疗C型骨盆骨折的临床疗效。

Objective: To provide anatomic basis for iliosacral screw fixation at the level of the pedicle of the first sacral vertebra (S_1), the present study was carried out.
