目的 总结可吸收螺钉治疗关节部骨折的经验与教训。

According to Hardegger classification system,there were 8 cases of scapular body fracture,9 of scapular spine fracture,6 of scapular acromion,10 of scapular neck fracture,6 of glenoid rim fracture and 4 of glenoid fossa fracture.

其中混合型骨折10例，合并全身多发伤5例；伴有腋神经损伤1例，肩胛上神经损伤2例。通过后入路手术，对不同类型的肩胛骨骨折使用重建钢板或拉力螺钉和钢丝等固定。

Reconstruction plate or together with lag screw for fixation of scapular fracture, and K-wire or reconstruction plate for clavicular and acromion fracture, were used in surgical treatment.

应用重建钢板或与拉力螺钉合用固定肩胛骨骨折，克氏针或重建钢板固定锁骨或肩峰骨折。

Method］from may 2000 to november 2007,14 patients(10 females,4 males;mean age 34.6 years)with scapular fractures were treated by open reduction and internal fixation through a posterior approach.eight patients were injurred in traffic accidents,3 due to falling,2 by direct violence and 1 due to cut.there were eleven patients with close fractures and 3 with open fractures.according to hardegger classification system,there were 8 cases of scapular body fracture,9 of scapular spine fracture,6 of scapular acromion,10 of scapular neck fracture,6 of glenoid rim fracture and 4 of glenoid fossa fracture.

车祸伤8例，高处坠落伤3例，直接暴力伤2例，刀砍伤1例。闭合性骨折11例，开放性骨折3例。根据hardegger的分型方法，体部骨折8处，肩胛冈骨折9处，肩峰骨折6处，肩胛颈骨折10处，盂缘骨折6处，盂窝骨折4处。其中混合型骨折10例，合并全身多发伤5例；伴有腋神经损伤1例，肩胛上神经损伤2例。通过后入路手术，对不同类型的肩胛骨骨折使用重建钢板或拉力螺钉和钢丝等固定。［结果］14例患者获得随访，随访时间6个月～3年，平均18个月。

52 Cases of femoral intertrochanteric fracture were fixed with L-trapezoid plate,while 25 cases three cannulated lag screws with the third screw inserted at a low angle,just adjacent to medial calcar to obtain rigid fixation.

作者用切开复位，L形钢板内固定手术治疗股骨粗隆间骨折52例，用闭合复位三枚空心拉力螺钉经皮内固定治疗25例，其中第三枚螺丝钉紧贴内侧股骨矩，低角度打入。

MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Biomechanical characteristics of the lumbar spine before and after ALIF, PLIF or TLIF in combination with bilateral pedicle screw fixation.

主要观察指标：脊柱三维运动测试机上测试3种模型加用双侧椎弓根螺钉固定前后腰椎生物力学特性的变化。

OBJECTIVE: To compare the initial stability of lumbar spine following ALIF, PLIF or TLIF in combination with bilateral pedicle screw fixation.

目的：比较前路椎间融合术、后路椎间融合术、椎间孔入路椎间融合术加用双侧椎弓根螺钉内固定后腰椎即刻稳定性的差异。

METHODS: Models of ALIF, PLIF and TLIF were simulated. After examination as normal group, the samples were randomly divided into three groups (n=5). Besides anterior, posterior and transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion include anterior, bilateral pedicle screw fixation was performed.

模拟临床手术建立前路椎间融合术、后路椎间融合术、椎间孔入路椎间融合术3种椎间融合术模型，先将所有标本作为正常对照组进行测试，然后将标本随机分为3组，每组5个标本，制成单纯椎间融合组，分别采用3种椎间融合术测试后，在此基础上再附加双侧椎弓根螺钉内固定进行测试。

The stability of L5S1 ALIF specimen in extension is less than that of intact specimen, and ALIF combined with translaminar facets screw is the most ideal internal fixation to enhance its biomechanical stability of ALIF specimen.

结论］ L5S1单纯行ALIF后伸稳定性差，为增加其稳定性，经椎板关节突螺钉应当是首选的内固定器械。
