Methods 7834 cases of suspected patients with STD in Haikou Municipal Hospital（from May,2001 to July, 2004） were determined. FQ-PCR was used for defection of the DNA of NG, CT, UU, HPV, and HSV-Ⅱ. The antibody against Spirochaeta pallida were detected by RPR and TPHA.

方法对2001年5月～2004年7月7834例可疑STD患者采用荧光定量PCR技术检测NG、CT、UU、HPV、HSV-Ⅱ5种病原体的DNA；采用RPR、TPHA法检测梅毒螺旋体并对结果进行分析。
