MethodUsing FQ-PCR technique to detect treponema pallidum DNA in hard chancre,syphilitic bubo,the lesions of secondary syphilis (flat condyloma,macula,maculopapule,papule,node,mucous patches),the whole blood of patients with syphilis,and TP-DNA positive samples preserved in sterile tube at room temperature for 1～3 and a half years as well as some pollution goods.

使用FQ-PCR技术检测硬下疳、一期横痃、二期梅毒皮损、梅毒患者全血、室温保存1～3年半的梅毒螺旋体DNA阳性标本以及部分生活污染品中的梅毒螺旋体DNA含量。

ConclusionFQ-PCR technique is valuble to confirmed the various forms lesion of early syphilis untreaed.The technique is suitable for detection the whole blood of syphilis with chancre in late stage or with the lesion of secondary syphilis in early stage.The treponema pallidum DNA remains long-term stability at room temperature.It is possibly valuable for using the technique to explore the indirect route of transmission of syphilis.

FQ-PCR技术适用于确认未经治疗的形态各异的早期梅毒疹；对一期梅毒后期或二期梅毒早期患者血中梅毒螺旋体DNA检查有价值；梅毒螺旋体DNA在常温下可长期保持稳定；该技术对探明梅毒间接传播途径可能有价值。

Results The recovery and regrowth in vitro of coccoid forms of Hp did not he observed in our applied four kinds of culture medium. Parts of coccoid forms of Hp occured reversion and colonization in mice stomach.

Hp螺旋体感染组在小鼠胃内的定植密度较高，且胃粘膜下可见大量炎症细胞浸润；而球形体感染组并未见到小鼠胃粘膜组织的明显炎症损伤，且仅有少量回复的螺旋体定植。

objective to study the efficacy of the tr/patoc 1 slide agglutination assay for vaccination new pentavalent whole cell vaccine for leptospirosis.methods using tr/patoc 1 slide agglutination assay to detect the searial of serum specimens of 100 healthy people after vaccination for leptospirosis and comparing with the microsopic agglutination test.results both basic immunizaton and 20 days after the enhanced immunization,their positive seroconversion rates were higher than 90% in tr/patoc 1 slide agglutination assay,they were not signficantly different between slide agglutination assay and mat,the antibody titer was greatly lower in 90 days after basic immunization.conclusion the tr/patoc 1 slide agglutionation assay was one of useful assays in evaluation the lately immune efficency of leptospira vaccination.

目的 采用tr/patoc 1玻片凝集试验评价钩端螺旋体疫苗免疫效果及应有价值。方法采用tr/patoc 1玻片凝集试验检测100名健康人钩端螺旋体疫苗免疫后的血清抗体变化，并与显微镜凝集试验比较。结果无论是基础免疫还是加强免疫20？d后，玻凝试验抗体阳性率高达90%以上，与标准的显微镜凝集试验比较差异无统计学意义，玻片凝集试验检测的抗体持续时间较短，90？d后阳性率已大幅度降低，表明sat检测的抗体是早期抗体。结论 tr/patoc 1玻片凝集试验操作简易，可以作为基层卫生机构监测钩端螺旋体疫苗近期免疫效果的方法之一。
