在15例膝关节交叉韧带损伤病例中，8例交叉韧带损伤伴撕脱骨折诊断明确，6例单纯交叉韧带断裂诊断明确， 1例韧带断裂未显示，诊断准确率为93.33%。16层螺旋CT可显示肌腱的断裂、增粗、水肿和迂曲等。
