Methods 33 patients were scanned by helical CT.The virtual endoscopy images of all patients were compared with that of actual laryngoscopy and the surgical results (5 normal larynx,19 laryngeal carcinomas,5 glottic and arytenoid polyps,4 papillary adenoma).

方法对 5名健康者、19例喉癌、5例声带及披裂息肉、4例乳头状瘤共 3 3例患者，行螺旋CT扫描后经软件处理获得CT仿真喉镜图像，所有病例均与纤维喉镜和手术所见对照分析。

Objective To study the ascendancy in the diagnoses and imaging features of MSCT in patients with lymphangioma.

目的 探讨多层螺旋CT在淋巴管瘤诊断中的应用优势及影像特征。

Results: In 40 patients with rectum or colon carcinoma proven by pathology, there were 6 cases with cecum carcinomas, 3 cases with ascending colon carcinomas, 3 cases with transverse colon carcinomas, 5 cases with descending colon carcinomas, 1 case with-sigmoid colon carcinomas and 22 cases with rectum carcinomas.

结果：病理证实结直肠癌40例（其中盲肠癌6例，升结肠癌3例，横结肠癌3例，降结肠癌5例，乙状结肠癌1例，直肠癌22例），多层螺旋CT检出了全部结直肠癌，敏感性为100%，总的分期准确率为80%(32/40)，B期分期准确率为83.3%(15/l8)，C期分期准确率为66.7%(8/12)，肿瘤浆膜外侵犯的敏感性和特异性分别为95%(36/34)和50%(2/4)，淋巴结转移的敏感性和特异性分别为60%(12/20)和90%(9/10)。

The results show that all the hmgr genes from pigs, cattle and chickens are astable enzyme proteins with the same gene sequence characteristics and encoding protein and physical and chemical properties; all the amino acid sequences have a high degree of homology, containing two conservative HMG-CoA binding motifs and two NADPH binding motifs; all the amino acid sequences, containing signal peptide, are secreted proteins; they are all hydrophobic transmembrane proteins with five transmembrane domains; random coil and α-helix are the main structural elements in the HMGR polypeptide chain; all the predictions of three-dimensional structure are V- shaped; there are more closer evolution relationship between the HMGR gene from pigs and cattle.

结果表明：猪、牛和鸡HMGR基因序列特点及编码蛋白质理化性质基本相同，均属不稳定类酶蛋白；保守结构域氨基酸序列具有高度的同源性，均含有保守的2个β-羟基-β-甲基戊二酸单酰辅酶A结合基序和2个还原性烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸结合基序；均有信号肽，属分泌型蛋白质；属于跨膜的疏水性蛋白，均有5个跨膜结构域；无规则卷曲和α-螺旋是HMGR多肽链中的主要结构元件；三维结构预测都呈"V"字形；猪和牛HMGR基因的进化关系最近。
