Non-special primers were designed on the CO Ⅱ genes of Odonata. CO Ⅱ complete genes of 6 genera, including 8 species of 5 families in Anisoptera, had been sequenced and analyzed.

方法］设计蜻蜓目昆虫CO Ⅱ全基因的非特异性引物，获得差翅亚目5科6属8种共8条CO Ⅱ全序列。

Its main food are Brachyura,Caridae and fishes.

其主要食物为蟹类、虾类和鱼类，次要食物为摇蚊科、蜉蝣目和蜻蜓目等的幼虫。

Analyses of stomach contents showed that, for adult bullfrogs, the most important prey items overall were Decapoda, Coleoptera, Odonata, Mesogastropoda, Raniformes, and Cypriniformes; while for juvenile bullfrogs, they were Decapoda, Coleoptera, Cypriniformes, Odonata, Orthoptera, Hymenoptera, Lepidoptera larvae, Mesogastropoda, and Raniformes. Moreover, prey size and diet volume increased with the body size of both adult and juvenile bullfrogs. The diet composition of primary preys of bullfrogs was significantly different among different islands.

食性分析结果表明：(1)按食物体积计算，成年牛蛙以十足目、鞘翅目、蜻蜓目、中腹足目、蛙形目和鲤形目为主要食物，亚成体牛蛙以十足目、鞘翅目、鲤形目、蜻蜓目、直翅目、膜翅目、鳞翅目幼虫、中腹足目和蛙形目为主要食物；成体和亚成体牛蛙胃中食物的平均大小均随其体长增加而增大；(2)不同岛屿上的牛蛙在主要食物类型构成上存在差异。

Result The results show that A+T contents of CO Ⅱ genes of Libellulidae are lower (68.6%) in Insecta, which proves Odonata is an original group. Every sequence includes 2 Cys, which differs from the other groups of Insecta. Do not agree with the view of raising Macrominae into Macromidae. Agree with the views of putting both Aeshnidae and Cordulegastridae into Aeshnidea, and raising Gomphidae into a superfamily. Order of the evolution relationship of 5 families is: Gomphidae→Cordulegastridae→Aeshnidae→Corduliidae→Libellulidae.

结果］CO Ⅱ的A+T含量较低(68.6%)，说明蜻蜓目是一比较原始的类群；每条序列均含有2个半胱氨酸，这一点有别于其他类群昆虫；不支持将大蜻亚科上升为科的观点；支持将大蜓科和蜓科归入蜓总科，而将春蜓科上升为总科的观点；差翅亚目5科之间的进化关系由慢到快依次为：春蜓科→大蜓科→蜓科→伪蜻科→蜻科。

The study can provide the relative basis for molecular phylogeny study of Odonata.

结论］为蜻蜓目分子系统学研究提供相关依据。

Damselfly is the common name for any of the predaceous insects comprising the suborder Zygoptera of the order Odonata, characterized by an elongated body, large multifaceted eyes that are widely separated, and two pairs of strong transparent wings, which at rest typically are held folded together above the abdomen or held slightly open above the abdomen.

Based on the investigation of dragonflies in Laoshan area of Nanjing City from 2005 to 2007, the primary results showed that there were 30 species, belonging to 21 genera, 6 families and 2 suborders , with 7 species recorded in Jiangsu Province for the first time.

我们于2005年～2007年对南京老山地区蜻蜓目昆虫进行了调查研究，通过对采集标本的鉴定和分类，初步确定南京老山地区蜻蜓目昆虫有2亚目6科21属30种，其中7种是江苏省新记录。
