从200个随机引物中筛选出16个多态性稳定的引物，对38个蜡梅品种进行遗传多样性和亲缘关系RAFD分析。

The RAPD molecular marker can be used identify Chimonanthus praecox cultivars and study their relationships of these cultivars.

结果表明，RAPD标记可用于蜡梅品种鉴定和亲缘关系探讨。
