In this dissertation, on the basis of the rolling principle and kinematic analysis for the drive pairs, a new idea of the revolutionary surface envelope globoidal worm gearing with rolling friction and point engagement is proposed; the point engagement theory, the engaging features, the mechanism errors and adaptation, the engaging efficiency, and the design and machining technology are systematically studied; the prototype is manufactured and the experiment is performed, and the related theory and technology are verified.

本文在对传动副实现滚动的机理及运动学分析的基础上，提出了滚动式回转面包络点啮合环面蜗杆传动的基本构思与技术框架，并深入系统地研究了滚动式回转面包络点啮合环面蜗杆副的啮合原理、啮合特性、误差敏度及适应性、啮合效率、设计和制造方法；研制了原型机并进行了原型机实验等。

A new method is proposed,in which a cylindrical worm is ground by a dressing gear under the condition of two degrees of freedom movement.

提出一种用修磨轮双自由度精化圆柱蜗杆的新方法，运用空间啮合原理对该方法进行了理论分析，推导出若干啮合分析方程式，从理论上验证并得出了用渐开线齿轮形修磨轮可精化出渐开线圆柱蜗杆的结论。

The mechanical leveling system can realize accurate leveling of the platform by servo-motors and drive system, braking by motor brake (worm and worm wheel system features self-locking) to permanently lock the support system after leveling. Bellows outside outriggers functions sealing and dust-proof of the screw rod; guiding slide blocks are used to prevent screw rod from rotating; displacement sensors installed inside drive system deliver real-time information to determine platform height; load cells deliver data of loading conditions of every outriggers in balancing.

Objective:to primarily find out the effect about luteolin rivalizing ototoxicity of gentamicin.methods: in this experimental study,gentamicin group was compared to the group of gentamicin with different dose of luteolin (10 mg,20 mg).the changes in hearing and vestibule function were discovered by measuring the threshold of abr and the frequency of eng.the method of cochlear preparation stained with sdh was used to observe morphological changes in cochleas.results: the auditory examination results showed that the thresholds of the group of gentamicin with different dose of luteolin were higher than the one of the gentamicin group,and the difference was significant in statistics.the morphology analysis result was consistent with auditory examination.

目的：初步了解木樨草素对庆大霉素耳毒性的影响。方法：设庆大霉素组与庆大霉素加不同剂量木樨草素（10 mg、20 mg）两组，并进行组间比较，观察听性脑干反应阈值、眼震电图的频率，了解其听功能及前庭功能的变化。结合耳蜗基底膜铺片琥珀酸脱氢酶染色方法观察耳蜗形态学变化。结果：听功能检查结果显示，庆大霉素加不同剂量木樨草素组的abr阈值明显低于庆大霉素组，经统计学处理，差异有显著性。形态学检查结果与听功能检查结果一致。
