为了便于时大量家蚕雌蛾粉及其制品样本中雌二醇的含量进行快速测定，研究了家蚕雌蛾体中雌二醇含量的测定方法。

The results showed that the female silkworm moth powder could reduce MDA content in mouse serum and liver obviously. In high dosage group (8 g/kg), MDA content was lowered to the level of normal control group. Moreover, female silkworm moth powder could increase activities of SOD and GSH-Px in serum and liver of the model mice. The increases in middle dosage group (4 g/kg) and high dosage group reached extremely significant level.

结果表明家蚕雌蛾粉可明显降低模型小鼠血清及肝脏的MDA含量，高剂量组(8 g/kg)的MDA含量降低至正常对照组的水平，家蚕雌蛾粉还可提高模型小鼠血清及肝脏的SOD、GSH-Px活性，中剂量(4 g/kg)、高剂量组的提高幅度达极显著水平。

The results revealed that there were rich trace elements in female silkworm moth, the total contents and essential macro elements of 10 familiar trace elements were 27339.30 mg/kg and 26900.00 mg/kg, respectively. The contents of 4 kinds of trace elements which are needed more in human beings were higher in silkworm moth than that in the important Chinese traditional medical insect moth, insects belonging to Meloidae. The content was also in agreement with human daily requirement.

The effect of the natural enemies were assessed according to the analysis, which revealed that the parasitoids played more significant role than the predators, and that Citrostichus phyllocnistoides which had the closest synchrony and sympatry with citrus leafminer P.citrella, should be considered as dominant natural enemy, and be protected and utilized to control the citrus leafminer. Wide niche and distribution as Orius sauteri has, its narrow overlap showed the less close sympatry and synchrony as well as impossibility to control the prey.
