摘 要：目的应用混合样本策略的蛋白质组学方法在炎症性肠病患者血清中寻找与疾病相关的蛋白质。

Methods Tissue culture was used to study the cataractous lenses of rats induced by sodium selenite or galactose. At the early stage, the content of nonprotein sulfhydryl, protein sulfhydryl, non-soluble disulfide bond, malonaldehyde and the activities of glutathione peroxidase, glutathione reductase and glutathione-S-transferase were measured in the cataractous lenses, and they were compared with that of the normal lenses. Results The two kinds of material could all induce cataract in rats, sodium selenite being more potent.

采用器官培养方法，以不同浓度亚硒酸钠及半乳糖作用于晶状体，诱发大鼠晶状体形成白内障，在培养初期测定晶状体内非蛋白质巯基（nonprotein sulfhydryl， NP-SH、蛋白质巯基（protein sulfhydryl ，P-SH）和不溶性蛋白质二硫键的含量，脂类过氧化水平，以及与谷胱甘肽代谢有关的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH peroxidase， GSH-PX)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GSH reductase， GSSG-R)及谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GSH S transferase， GSH-S)的活性。

The reaction activity between β-conglycinin (11S subunit) and maltodextrin is relatively lower Compared to that of glycinin, and the molecular properties of these conjugates are affected by the variation of the R values.

电泳分析表明：7S亚基与麦芽糊精的反应性较高，而且在文中所研究的蛋白质与多糖质量比的范围内，7S亚基都能与麦芽糊精发生定量的共聚合反应，形成分子特性高度一致的共聚物；而11S亚基与麦芽糊精间的反应性较低，共聚物的分子特性受蛋白质与多糖质量比的影响。

It is suggested that mechanisms protecting epidermis of squamata species from UVB damage may involve in (1) Physical defensive mechanism: the death epidermal layer limited UVB transmitting to the viable cells;(2) Biochemical defensive mechanism: up-regulated CAT may protect skin from reactive oxygen species which may induced by UVB. Moreover, the lipid and proteins in the β-, meso- and α-layer may absorb incident UVB and formed damaged products that were limited in the original site;(3) Cellular defensive mechanism: quick initiating of proliferation of the germinal cells and forming of the new epidermis and shedding out the damaged epidermis shortened the damage process and restricted the damage area.
