In a word, we extracted first cotyledon of buckwheat total RNA, by method of RT-PCR and 3RACE, get the C terminal cDNA sequence of PI from Ukraine buckwheat, and do some bioinformatics analyse on this cDNA sequence of PI from buckwheat, such as gene characteristics, expression mode. All of this will be help for the forward research on functional protein and high performance of procaryon expression or eukaryon expression.

综上所述，我们利用RT-PCR和3′RACE技术首次从吉乌一号甜荞第一对子叶中克隆获得荞麦蛋白酶抑制剂基因并对其基因特性、表达模式进行生物信息学分析，同时构建了该基因序列羧基端原核表达载体，为今后进一步研究荞麦功能性蛋白的分子机制及高效原核、真核表达载体的构建奠定了基础。

Results The eukaryon expression system pcDNA3.1/myc-HisC-bFGF could express the target protein bFGF in vitro. The recombinant plasmids, pcDNA3.1/myc-HisC-bFGF and pCD2-VEGF121 were transferred into muscles flap in vivo successfully. The active proteins bFGF and VEGF121were expressed at high levels.

This Program Project is composed of five projects and an administrative core unit. The specific aims of Project 1 are to study the roles of SPE B, SPE A, M protein and NADase to correlate with bacterial virulence and disease severity in different clinical spectra of GAS infections. We will also study the pathogenic factors of a unique virulent clone of Ml strain caused dominant invasiue GAS disease in Taiwan in the past two years.
