针对关于血浆尿素氮水平是否影响乳蛋白合成的不同观点，本课题通过真胃灌注尿素提高血浆尿素氮观察了血浆尿素氮水平是否影响乳蛋白合成。

The structure and expression pattern of each storage protein was investigated using one-dimensional SDS-PAGE. Our results showed that the protein content of each fraction in endosperm of autotetraploid rice line is mostly higher than that of its corresponding diploid rice line.

结果表明：同源四倍体水稻胚乳蛋白各组分含量与相应的二倍体相比，大部分呈增加趋势；同源四倍体水稻胚乳蛋白的亚基类型与相应的二倍体水稻基本一致，仅在全蛋白电泳和清、球蛋白电泳中各发现1条差异条带。

The results showed that the total numbers of integral membrane proteins identified based on PAOT,trypsin/chymotrypsin and methanol-modified digestions were 101,59 and 72,which included 67,40 and 31 proteins with GRAVY＞0,respectively.

结果表明，甲醇酶解法鉴定到72个整合膜蛋白，其中平均疏水值大于0的蛋白数为31；胰蛋白酶/胰凝乳蛋白酶酶解法共鉴定到59个整合膜蛋白，其中平均疏水值大于0的蛋白数为40个；PAOT法共鉴定到101个整合膜蛋白，其中平均疏水值大于0的蛋白数为67个。

The results showed as follows: Five bands in SDS-PAGE, lactoferrin, bovine serum albulin, immunoglobulin G,β-lactoglobulin and α-lactoalbumin were detected.

结果表明：从SDS-PAGE电泳图谱上可见有5个清晰的条带，自上而下分别为乳铁蛋白、牛血清白蛋白、IgG重链、β-乳球蛋白和α-乳白蛋白。

Through limiting the quantity of acid whey, the purity concentration percent of immunoglobulin was above 80% determined by SDS-PAGE. The ratio of activity of immunoglobulin losing decreased in simulated pepsin and the residual immunoglobulin content percentage was about 80% in 60 minutes.

实验结果表明：调节脱脂牛初乳pH=4.6采用1100g低速离心即可达到完全去除酪蛋白的良好效果；利用含有磷酸根基团的缓冲液处理阳离子树脂柱会专一吸附酸性乳清中的β—乳球蛋白，达到分离乳清中免疫球蛋白与β—乳球蛋白的良好效果，控制乳清样品处理量可使免疫球蛋白纯度达到80%以上；微胶囊化的免疫球蛋白可以延缓胃液对免疫球蛋白的消化分解，减缓免疫球蛋白活性损失速率，在60分钟内仍可保留80%的活性。
