We extracted membrane protein of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae MY-99 strain from its different passages strains MY-99l,MY-993 and rejuvenescence strain MY-992, then analyzed them by SDS-PAGE, the results show that the membrane protein of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae MY-99 strain mutated during artificial culturing . According to the electrophoretic profiles, the membrane proteins of MY-991 include 7 protein bands: 94.4KD,57.5KD,46.0KD,36.0KD,32.4KD,20.4KD and 16.6KD.

采用0.4％TritonX-100结合KI提取猪肿炎支原体MY-99株不同代次的传代株MY-991、MY-993和复壮株MY-992的膜蛋白，并通过SDS-PAGE技术对其膜蛋白进行比较分析发现，在人工培养条件下猪肺炎支原体MY-99株的膜蛋白发生了一定的变异，其中MY-991株的膜蛋白有七条蛋白条带：94.4KD、57.5KD、46.0KD、36.0KD、32.4KD、20.4KD和16.6KD，MY-993株的膜蛋白有七条蛋白条带：94.4KD、57.5KD、46.0KD、41.0KD、36.0KD、32.4KD和19.5KD，MY-992株的膜蛋白只有两条蛋白条带：46.0KD和32.4KD。

These protein spots may be related with the adaptation to the low temperature of the Heilongjiang wood frog.

黑龙江林蛙肝脏蛋白电泳显示，胶浓度6％的肝脏PAGE图谱分辨率高、谱带多，可分辨出15～19条谱带，其中1℃组R_f=0.79蛋白含量比室温组显著增加(P＜0.05)。2-D native-PAGE／SDS-PAGE电泳时，胶浓度为12％时分离效果较好，蛋白斑点较多。1℃组中P蛋白斑点(MW=51kDa，一向PAGE的R_f=0.47)显著性上调(P＜0.05)，N蛋白斑点(MW=65kDa，一向PAGE的R_f=0.94)显著性下调(P＜0.05)，推测这两种蛋白可能与黑龙江林蛙在低温环境下的适应性变化有关。

背景：阿尔茨海默病的主要神经病理学特征之一是由过度磷酸化的细胞骨架蛋白如(o，神经细丝组成的神经原纤维缠结，细胞周期蛋白依赖性蛋白激酶5可催化蛋白的磷酸化，但神经细丝是否可被细胞周期蛋白依赖性蛋白激酶5磷酸化及其在阿尔茨海默病发病中的作用却知之甚少。

Results: Twenty one differential protein spots were screened and 5 differential proteins were identified. They included Ezrin protein, transcription elongation factor A, and lamin A/C which were up-regulated in LoVo cells and non-metastatic protein expressed in isoform a (NM23 A) and heat shock protein 8 (HSPA8) which were up-regulated in SW480 cells.

结果：筛选出21个差异蛋白质点，成功鉴定出5种差异蛋白质，其中在LoVo细胞株中表达上调的蛋白有埃兹蛋白、转录延长因子A (transcription elongation factor A)和甘氨酸A/C，在SW480细胞株中表达上调的蛋白有NM23蛋白[non-metastatic cell 1 protein (NM23A) expressed in isoform a]和（heat shockprotein 8，热休克蛋白8）。

With the inducing time prolonged, the amount of fusion protein increased, and the highest content amounted to 39. 14% of total protein. Different temperature (15℃, 25℃ and 37℃) could induce expression of fusion protein, and the higher inducing temperature was, the more total fusion protein and soluble fusion protein was produced. Most fusion protein was expressed in the cytoplasm and was soluble, a little of fusion protein was expressed in periplasm or expressed as inclusion bodies, and no fusion protein was found in culture. Furthermore, the results of in vitro enzymatic reaction suggested that the fusion protein could catalyze the methylation of theobromine.
