We got the result: Bufo Raddei Strauch Tadpole (1) Bufo Raddei Strauch Tadpole was capable of lens regeneration, which originated from the epithelial cells at iris dorsal margin by dipigmentation.(2) Dipigmentation of Bufo Raddei Strauch by two methods: one was licked up by amoebocyte, the other one was flowed from the pigment cells.(3) In the lens regeneration cells of Bufo Raddei Strauch profiles of the mitochondria became complicated ribosome manifold, and the endoplasmic reticulum was cisternal dilation. During the process of deferentiation of lens fiber the cell nucleolus became little and chromatin shrinked.(4)The crystalline electrophoresis of Bufo Raddei Strauch Tadpole lens regeneration showed that during lens regeneration P-crystalline was expressed earliest then was γ-crystalline and α-crystallin, this result is consistent with newt.

结果表明：花背蟾蜍蝌蚪(1)具有晶状体再生的能力，其晶状体的再生来源于虹膜背缘的上皮细胞；(2)虹膜背缘去色素是转分化的前提，主要有两种方式：一种也是最主要的方式是在晶状体被摘除后虹膜外侧产生巨噬细胞，巨噬细胞吞噬虹膜色素上皮细胞中的色素颗粒；另一种方式是虹膜色素上皮细胞自身释放色素颗粒；(3)电镜观察发现虹膜色素上皮细胞转分化过程中线粒体有明显变化，核糖体增多，粗面内质网增多，晶状体纤维分化过程中细胞核逐渐凝聚；(4)SDS-PAGE电泳发现，花背蟾蜍蝌蚪晶状体再生中相关蛋白表达顺序与有尾类蝾螈相似，蛋白表达顺序依次是β-晶状体蛋白、γ-晶状体蛋白和α-晶状体蛋白，并且后两种蛋白几乎同时表达。

The differences of incidence rate of hepatic failure and the scores of Ranson and Balthazar CT between these two groups had no statistical significance (P＞0.05). The incidence rate of infection and the mortality in the severe hypoalbuminemia group were higher than those in the mild hypoalbuminemia group (P＜0.01) in the later stage of SAP. Conclusion: Hypoalbuminemia in the early stage can accelerate the deterioration in pathophysiology of SAP.

The results showed that the total numbers of integral membrane proteins identified based on PAOT,trypsin/chymotrypsin and methanol-modified digestions were 101,59 and 72,which included 67,40 and 31 proteins with GRAVY＞0,respectively.

结果表明，甲醇酶解法鉴定到72个整合膜蛋白，其中平均疏水值大于0的蛋白数为31；胰蛋白酶/胰凝乳蛋白酶酶解法共鉴定到59个整合膜蛋白，其中平均疏水值大于0的蛋白数为40个；PAOT法共鉴定到101个整合膜蛋白，其中平均疏水值大于0的蛋白数为67个。

PSE7 and SOJB had the similar binding proteins in tobacco, suggesting that they may share some similar biological functions. The ubiquitin-conjugating protein and peptidase involved in protein degradation were found binding with SOJB but not PSE7. Both SOJB and PSE7 could bind with transmembrane transport protein, SOJB bound with copper transporter protein, and PSE7 bound with water channel protein. The results suggested that the target of SOJB and PSE7 may be located in cytoplast.

The result indicates the t-BHP or diamide both cause the mass loss about the membrane protein thiol in hepatocytes, the fast oxidization about glutathione in hepatocytes, the leakage of lactate dehydrodenase, but the level of t-BHP is larger than of diamide. In the aspect of lipid peroxidation, only the t-BHP produces apparent change. As to actin and tubulin, they both find fall-off and present time-dependency effects. The result in Confocal fluorescent microscope also show these two cytoskeletal proteins are related to cell blebbing, but they don''t play the same role during the porcess. Tubulin may be more important than actin. If the study predispose dithiothreitol before adding t-BHP or diamide, then the damage by the diamide is repressed, but just partly protection for the damage by t-BHP.

结果显示t-BHP或diamide均可造成细胞膜蛋白硫醇大量流失与胞内GSH快速氧化，亦显著导致乳酸去氢□渗漏，但t-BHP诱发的渗漏程度大於diamide；在脂质过氧化方面，则仅t-BHP处理组产生明显的脂质氧化情形；至於肌动蛋白与管蛋白单体均可见减少且呈现时间依赖效应；在雷射共轭焦萤光显微镜观察中，亦显现这两种架构蛋白与细胞膜起泡有关，但两者在小泡生成的过程中扮演的角色并不完成相同，可能管蛋白较肌动蛋白重要；如果细胞在t-BHP或diamide加入前预先以dithiothreitol处理，则diamide 所造成的伤害显著的受到抑制，但DTT对t-BHP所诱发的伤害则仅有部分保护效果。

RESULTS: Image analysis of two-dimensional map revealed 72 differentially expressed proteins between MHCC97-H and MHCC97-L cells, and 9 protein peaks (including M2 pyruvate kinase,α-subunit of ATP synthase, heat shock protein 60, Toll-like receptor 9, flavoprotein oxygenase, pro-calreticulin, manganese superoxide dismutase, nm23-H1, and G-protein-coupled receptor kinase 5) were further identified by tryptic digestion, peptide mass fingerprinting and mass spectrometry.

Methods BALB/c mice (n=176) were fed with lactalbumin and its hydrolysate, the models of oral tolerance were established, and control group A, lactalbumin group, partially hydrolysed lactalbumin group and extensively hydrolysed lactalbumin group (n=44) were divided. Meanwhile, BALB/c mice (n=83) were allergized and stimulated by lactalbumin to establish the models of food allergy, and control group B (n=41) and lactalbumin allergy group (n=42) were divided.
