The members of the same genus and family were grouped together. The polyogenetic relationships of 8 families were Pyrgomorphidae →Chrotogonidae→Pamphagidae→Oedipodidae→Acrididae→Arcypteridae→Gomphoceridae→Cantantopidae.Pygomorphidae had closer relationships with Chrotogonidae as well as being the most ancestral group. Arcypteridae and Gomphoceridae were the sister groups and had closer relationships with most evolutionary Catantopidae. Tridactylidae was divided firstly as a suborder,which differs from the recent taxonomy distinctly. Haglidae and Gryllidae were grouped into suborder Ensifera, Tetrigidae and 8 families of Acridoidea were grouped into suborder Caelifera, as same as recent taxonomy.

分子系统树表明：科内的属和属内的种均优先聚在一起；蝗总科8科的起源关系为：锥头蝗科→瘤锥蝗科→癞蝗科→斑翅蝗科→剑角蝗科→网翅蝗科和槌角蝗科→斑腿蝗科；锥头蝗科与瘤锥蝗科关系较近，是蝗总科内最原始的类群；槌角蝗科和网翅蝗科互为姐妹群，与最进化的斑腿蝗科关系较近；蚤蝼科为独立的一支，最先分出，似为一个亚目，与现用的分类系统有明显差别；哈螽科和蟋蟀科聚在一起为剑瓣亚目，蚱科和蝗总科的8科组成短瓣亚目，同现用的分类系统。

Result 237 species belongingto 62 genera, 14 families have been recorded, of which Culicidae 9 species, Ceratopogonidae 19 species, Tabanidae 23 species, Simuliidae 6 species, Phlebotmidae 3 species, Pulicoidea 143 species, Ixodidae 7 species, Trombiculidae 23 species and Leeuwenhoekiidae 4 species.

结果－获得青海省医学昆虫237种，隶属14科62属，其中蚊科2属9种，蠓科2属19种，虻科5属23种，蚋科1属6种，白蛉科2属3种，蚤类6科37属143种，硬蜱科4属7种，恙蟎科6属23种和列恙蟎科2属4种。

Results Eight species belonged to three families, two orders of rodent animals and seven species of fleas were found in this area. Rattus losea and Xenopsylla cheopis were dominant species, R.flavipectus , R.norvegicus , Suncus murinus , and Banolicota indica were familiar species. The annual average density of rodents, the infected rate with flea of rodents, index of fleas, index of X.cheopis and free flea in room were 10.58%, 28.38%, 0.7916, 0.5702 and 0.0515 respectively.

结果 合浦县鼠疫疫源地的啮齿动物共有2目3科8种，以黄毛鼠为优势鼠种，黄胸鼠、褐家鼠、臭鼩鼱和板齿鼠为常见种；蚤类有7种，以印鼠客蚤为优势蚤种；年平均鼠密度、平均鼠体染蚤率、平均蚤指数和印鼠客蚤指数分别为10.58%、28.38%、0.7916和0.5702，地面游离蚤指数为0.0515。

Results there 9 species of rodents belonged to 4genus,2 family,2order were found and rattus norvegicus was predominated, followed by rattus flavipectus. four species of fleas belonged to 4 genus of 3 families were identified and the predominated species was xenopsylla cheopis. natural dead rat were not discovered; yersinia pestis and f1 antibody were not detected.

结果 在调查市县发现啮齿动物隶属2目2科4属9种，以褐家鼠为优势鼠种，黄胸鼠次之；食虫目动物1科1属1种；梳检鼠体检获鼠体蚤3科4属4种，以印鼠蚤为绝对优势蚤种；未发现自毙鼠；未分离出鼠疫杆菌及未检测出f1抗体阳性血清。
