METHODS:The micronucleus test of Vicia faba root tip cell was used to detect the water quality,and to survey the chemical oxygen demand.The micronuclear rates and Pollution Index were determined and the F-test was used to evaluate the difference in micronuclear rates among different samples.

材料与方法：用蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术对各采样点水样进行监测，并对各水样进行化学需氧量(chemical oxygen demand，CODcr)的测定，统计分析各采样点水样的蚕豆根尖细胞微核千分率及污染指数。

The strain XZ-SX01-6 was chosen to perform cross-nodulation experiments with 6 legume plants. The results showed that the rhizobium from the broadbean can only nodulate with broadbean and pea.

另外分离自山西的菌株普遍表现出耐低温的特性；选取代表菌株XZ-SX01-6与六种豆科植物进行交叉结瘤试验，试验结果表明蚕豆根瘤菌的宿主专一性较强，除与蚕豆自身结瘤外，只与豌豆结瘤，与菜豆形成白色的无效瘤。

160 Cm soil layers by soil drill and Nmin concentrations in the soil were measured by flow analysis after CaCl2 extraction. The results showed that NO3--N is the major inorganic nitrogen form in orthic anthrosol soil, and there are no significant differences in soil Nmin accumulation between sole cropping and faba bean/maize intercropping at the co-growth stage.

在田间条件下于2006—2007年研究了不同氮水平下（N 0、75、150、225、300 kg/hm2）蚕豆/玉米间作体系与其相应单作体系土壤无机氮的时空分布规律，旨在为河西走廊灌区蚕豆/玉米间作体系的氮素管理提供理论依据。

Our work reported here are aiming at improving nitrogen and water use efficiency in wheat/maize, faba bean/maize, pea/maize and soybean/maize intercropping through field experiment.The main results obtained were as the following:(1) Land equivalent ratio was greater than 1.0 for faba bean (Viciafaba L.)/maize (Zea mays L.) intercropping regardless of nitrogen fertilizer application or not. Based on grain yields production, LER of pea (Pisum sativum L.)/maize intercropping was over 1.0 in spite of nitrogen fertilizer application, while LER was higher than 1.0 only when nitrogen fertilizer was applied based on biomass production. However, LER in soybean (Glycine max L.)/maize intercropping was smaller than 1.0 both nitrogen applicationa and no nitrogen application. In wheat Triticum aestivum L.

本文通过田间试验，对小麦／玉米、蚕豆／玉米、大豆／玉米和豌豆／玉米间作种植下作物对氮素和水分利用的影响进行了系统比较，获得的主要结果如下：(1)蚕豆／玉米间作的土地当量比都大于1；豌豆／玉米间作以籽粒产量为基础的LER无论施氮还是不施氮都大于1，而以生物学产量为基础的LER只有施用氮肥时才大于1；大豆／玉米间作无论施氮还是不施氮LER均小于1。

The changes of nitrogen content, free amino acid, C/N ratio and chlorophyll content of wheat in wheat-faba bean intercropping system were studied by pot experiment with 3 N levels 0, 75 and 150 mg Nkg^(-1 soil. The results showed that leaf nitrogen content of intercropped wheat was higher than that of monocultured wheat at 3N level at tilling and booting stages, but was lower at heading stages.

为了解小麦蚕豆间作系统中小麦氮同化物的变化特征，探讨小麦蚕豆间作提高作物抗病性的可能机制，通过盆栽试验的方法，研究了小麦植株全氮含量、叶片游离氨基酸、叶片C/N比和叶绿素含量的动态变化及供氮水平对其的影响。

In order to elucidate the relationship between the structural features of leginsulin gene in legume plants and their phylogenetic significance,we have cloned the cDNA sequence of leginsulin gene from radicles of broad bean via RT-PCR techniques according to the leginsulin gene sequence we previously obtained from soybean.The cloned cDNA encoded for a precursor protein consisting of the signal peptide,mature leginsulin and an additional 45 amino acids of another polypeptide.
