根据这个论点，我们把生活力强的野生蚕种桑蚕DNA注射到柞蚕蛹体内，获得了具有特异性状的变异蚕和变异卵，其变异率分别达到5.59%和8.6%。

柞蚕主要以壳斗科栎属植物如辽东栎、蒙古栎、槲等树木的叶片为饲料，因其有向上性、趋光性两大特征，所以无法像桑蚕一样放在专用容器中养殖，只能放在柞树上任其自行采食树叶，并由人工负责看护防鸟、移蚕(当树叶吃光后再放到另一棵树上)等。

RESULTS: The growth speed, weight, developmental uniformity, bionergy and fecuncity of the Bombyx silkworm descent dramatically as they eat the feed that the concentration of 2,4-DCP over 0.8 mmol L~-1 or NP exceed 0.500 mmol L~-1. But the effect on reproductive capacity vary with gender difference, it's more obvious on the late-stage of development and periods of metamorphosis such as ecolysis, pupation, edosion. There may be cumulative effect inside the Bombyx siliworm.

结果 家蚕幼虫食下含0.8 mmol·L~(-1)以上浓度的2，4-DCP或0.500 mmol·L~(-1)以上浓度的NP饲料，生长速度、生长量、发育整齐度、生命力和生殖能力都明显下降；生殖能力所受影响应性别而不同；家蚕发育后期和蜕皮、化蛹、羽化等变态时期影响更加明显，在蚕体内可能有累积作用。

Of the 36 tussah silkworm varieties, the Nei's genetic diversity index was 0.3243±0.1515, and Shannon information index was 0.4871±0.1975, suggesting that bivoltine tussah silkworm varieties are still rich in genetic diversity even having been conserved in the same place for quite long time. Nei's genetic identity of the 36 varieties ranged from 0.4959 to 0.8347, 96.59% of which was above 0.6, revealing large similarity between different varieties. A clustering analysis showed that these varieties formed two separate clades, one of which included varieties bred by the institute and the other included imported varieties from other provinces or countries.

供试品种资源的Nei氏遗传多样性指数为0.3243±0.1515，Shannon信息指数为0.4871±0.1975，表明长期同地保存的二化性柞蚕品种资源同样具有丰富的遗传多样性；供试品种的Nei氏遗传一致性范围在0.4959~0.8374之间，达0.6以上的占96.59%，表明多数品种资源的相似程度较高。36份品种资源分别以辽宁省蚕业科学研究所育成种为主和以国内外引进种为主聚为两大类群。

In this study, nine aspects had been carried out, which included the condition optimization of inducing silkworm asexual reproduction; the effective technique of obtaining unfertilized eggs from virginal moth; the investigation of asexual reproductive genetic resources on bivoltine silkworm races; the creating of bivoltine female asexual reproductive lines; the genetic effect analysis of silkworm asexual reproductive character; the eggs protein study on different female lines; growing and developing comparison between asexual reproductive line and its sexual parent; RAPD study on asexual reproductive character; the utilization of asexual reproductive lines.
