AbstractAIM: To compare the efficacy and complications of Artisan iris clip lens implantation and posterior chamber intraocular lens ciliary sulcus suture fixation for the treatment of aphakic eyes.

目的：比较Artisan虹膜夹持型人工晶状体植入术及后房型人工晶状体睫状沟缝线固定术治疗无晶状体眼的疗效及并发症。

In each rabbit, one eye underwent extracapsular cataract extraction with IOL and the other eye was normal.

每5兔为一组，分别于术后1、3、7、 14、30d 取出虹膜和晶状体囊膜：用酶谱和反向酶谱分析法测定术后各组虹膜组织中的MMPs及其TIMPs蛋白质的表达，用RT－PCR 检测各标本中的 TIMPs mRNA的表达。

The albinism is characterized by hypopigmentation of the skin and hair and the ocular findings of reduced iris pigment with iris transillumination, reduced retinal pigment, foveal hypoplasia with significant reduction in visual acuity (usually in the range of 20/50 to 20/400), nystagmus, and increased crossing of the optic nerve fibers.

Diagnosis/testing. A diagnosis of ocular albinism is probable in the presence of congenital nystagmus, iris translucency, and significant hypopigmentation of the ocular fundus periphery in males with normal skin pigmentation and foveal hypoplasia, reduced visual acuity, and aberrant optic pathway projection, as demonstrated by crossed asymmetry of the cortical responses on visual evoked potential. X-linked inheritance is documented by either a family history consistent with X-linked inheritance or the presence of typical carrier signs (irregular retinal pigmentation and partial iris transillumination) in an obligate carrier female.

诊断/检测。对于皮肤色素沉着正常、中央凹发育不全、视敏度降低以及视径投射异常（VEP，表现为视觉诱发电位中皮层反应的交叉不对称）的男性患者，当存在先天眼球震颤、虹膜半透明以及显著的眼基底层边缘色素减退的症状时，可被疑似诊断为眼白化病。X连锁性遗传则以存在与X连锁遗传一致的家族病史，或在一个应当为携带者的女性中存在典型的携带者迹象（视网膜色素沉着不规则以及部分虹膜透射）而被确认。

Results The pD2 value (the affinity to M-receptors of agonist) of Erycibele alkaloid's miosis is 3.60±0.15 and its IOP lowering action is 3.49±0.07. In the isolated iris contracting experiment, its pD2 value is 6.38±0.12. M3 receptor antagonist is the strongest antagonist in inhibiting the miosis, IOP lowering action and isolated iris pupillary contracting action of Erycibele alkaloid. 0.01% Erycibele alkaloid can cause the decrease of cAMP and the increase of cGMP in the aqueous humor.

结果 测定丁公藤碱缩瞳作用的pD2值为3.60±0.15，降眼压作用的pD2值为3.49±0.07，离体虹膜收缩作用的pD2值为6.38±0.12.M1～M3受体拮抗剂均可拮抗丁公藤碱的缩瞳作用、降眼压作用及离体虹膜收缩作用，其中以M3受体拮抗剂的拮抗作用最强。0.01％丁公藤碱可使房水环磷酸腺苷(cyclic adenosine monophosphate，cAMP)含量降低，环磷酸鸟苷(cyclic guanosine 3，5-monophosphate；cGMP)含量升高。
