By considering the trait of the artery and anabranch of the Three-Gorges reservoir and analyzing the environmental elements influencing the growth of the algae, we improved on thenutrition dynamic model of the algae"s growth, carried on computer numerical value simulating on the evolvement process of the eutrophication of the Wujiang River, the Hanjiang River and the Three Gorges reservoir by cell mapping algorithm and revealed the dynamics action and mutation forms in the process of the valleys" algae blooms and the relationship between the major elements influencing the algaes growth and the model surge function.

本文结合三峡水库干、支流水体环境特点，通过对影响流域水体藻类生长的环境因素进行分析，改进藻类生长营养动力学模型，并利用胞映射算法对乌江、汉江和库区流域富营养化演化性态进行了计算机数值模拟和仿真分析，揭示流域水华发生过程的动力学行为、混沌性态和流域水质中主要藻类生长控制因子与模型振荡函数间的关系。

It"s considered that the algae blooms control function in the algae"s growth dynamics model is influenced mostly by the water temperature, sun illumination, water flow speed and the concentration of the nutriment in water. A function including the four elements was built. By using cell mapping algorithm and contacting with the practical water condition of the Wujiang river and the Hanjiang river we analyzed and computed the algae blooms in the two areas and found the result was very near to the practical result. And we found that the ascend of water temperature and the descend of the water flow speed will contribute to the growth of algae and the nutriment is the substance basis of the algae blooms but not the only element. It must be under the condition of condign water temperature, enough sun illumination, slow water flow and abundant nutriment that algae blooms may break out unexpectedly.

本文认为藻类生长营养动力学模型中的水华爆发控制函数主要受水温、光照强度、水流速和营养盐浓度的影响，构建了包含水温、光照强度、水流速和营养盐浓度的水华爆发控制函数，通过对乌江、汉江的水华爆发进行胞映射分析，得到的计算结果与实际监测非常吻合，并认为水温升高和水流速下降将有利于藻类生长，营养盐是水华爆发的物质基础，但不是唯一因素，必须在适宜的水温、光照、缓慢的水流和充足的营养盐条件下，藻类才可能出现突发式的"疯长"，即水华爆发。

Base on content of chlorophyll a and feeding type of fish and shellfish a food web methods was designed to control eutrophilication. The native freshwater bivalve,Anodonta woodiana, was selected as a filter to remove the algae in the water. The result is quite satisfied and promising.

本研究以水中叶绿素a浓度为基础，鱼类食性为辅，发现使用本土种且具有经济价值之淡水圆蚌，来作为滤除水中藻类的生态方法颇具可行性，利用藻类吸收营养盐、圆蚌食用藻类、再将圆蚌移除之方式而达到降低水库营养盐能量的目的。

The biomarkers such as the n-Alkanes, the isoprenoids, the terpane, and cholestane were detected through GC-MS analysis. Based on the study of the biomarkers, the biological evolution during Permian and Triassic can be divided as three stages, namely, the mixing source stage of low biota such as thallose and advanced plant in late Permian (below bed 63), the stage of low biota such as thallose in the boundary transitional layer (bed 63-69) and the mixing source stage of advanced plant and low biota such as thallose in early Triassic (above bed 69). What's more, the second stage near the boundary transitional layer can be subdivided into 4 stages. The stages of biota evolution is close related with sedimentary environment changing and the boundary transitional layer.

利用GC—MS分析技术，在陆相地层中检测出正构烷烃、类异戊二烯烷烃、萜烷和甾烷类生物标志化合物并根据生物标志化合物和特征值研究，将二叠系—三叠系生物演化划分为三个大的阶段，即晚二叠世的菌藻类低等生物与高等植物混源阶段（63层以下），界线异常层的菌藻类低等生物阶段（63-69层）和早三叠世高等植物与菌藻类低等生物混源阶段（69层以上），界线附近异常层的第二阶段又进一步细分为4个次一级阶段，生物演化阶段与沉积环境变化及界线异常层具有非常密切关系。
