New multi—objectives function (including mill stand longitudinal stiffness, distribution coefficient of loaded pressure between rolls, weight of mill stand, rolling power, rolls loaded gap profile changeability of bending force, transverse mill stand stiffness of bending force, transverse mill stand stiffness of rolling load) multi—constraints (including rolls strength, spindle strength, backup roll bearing load, minimum rollable gauge, roll surface temperature rise) rolls system parameters optimization model of four—high cold strip mill is established, and programme for mill structural illustration creation on the platform of AutoCad designs is compiled. With this as basis, rolls system parameters of Yichang thin strip corporation's 1219 cold mill are calculated using SUMT (subsequent unconstrained minimization technology).

本文建立了以板形和板凸度控制特性为目标的四辊轧机多目标函数（包括轧机纵向刚度、辊间压力分布系数、轧机重量、功率、弯辊力对轧机辊缝形状改变能力、对弯辊力的横向刚度、对轧制力的横向刚度）、多约束条件（包括轧辊强度、接轴强度、支承辊轴承负荷、最小可轧厚度、轧辊温升等）的辊系参数优化模型，以此模型为基础，利用惩罚函数法计算了益昌薄板公司1219冷轧机辊系参数，编制了AutoCAD平台下的轧机结构示意图自动图形软件。

Strip limit minimum rollable gauge and minimum rollable gauge considering productivity are analyzed and derived using new rolling pressure model, work roll surface temperature rise formulae is derived on the basis of mill stand thermal balance. The affecting factors of work roll surface temperature and the influences on the choice of roll size are discussed.

本文从轧机结构设计、力能参数计算、强度设计计算等方面综合论述了辊系参数设计计算的基本理论，在理论上提出了采用考虑粘着摩擦的混合摩擦模型和考虑轧件的弹性变形计算冷轧薄板轧制压力的方法，推导并以冷轧机实测轧制压力验证了轧制压力新模型；应用新的轧制压力模型分析并推导了轧件极限最小可轧厚度和考虑生产率的最小可轧厚度公式；根据工作机座热量平衡原理推导了工作辊温升公式，分析了工作辊温度的影响因素，研究了工作辊温升对轧辊参数选择的影响。

The sticking of cold rolled strip is related with the physical properties of strip itself and stress, which is in～duced by coiling, cooling, harmful shape, convexity, annealing, uncoiling and the coarse degree of strip surface and strip strength.
