The direct CT signs of carcinoma of vaters ampulla is finding mass in the region of Vaters ampullaand it is a reliable and effective method to diagnosis and the distinction diagnosis of ampullary carcinoma with the combination of the spiral CT scanning of thin-slice and image post-processing technologyand it offers important guidance role to its operation treatment.

壶腹部肿块是乏特氏壶腹癌的CT直接征象，应用螺旋CT薄层增强扫描与图像后处理技术相结合对壶腹癌的诊断和鉴别诊断是可靠而有效的方法并对其手术治疗提供重要的指导作用。

Methods摘要:SCT findings of 26 cases of Vaters ampullary carcinoma proved surgically and pathologically were analyzed retrospectively in taking water to make the contrast fulling intestine and the focus were scaned by the thin-slice enhancement partially,in which 17 examples were auxiliary by image post-processing technology.

方法摘要：回顾性分析了26例经手术病理证实的乏特氏壶腹癌的螺旋CT表现，均服开水做对比剂充盈肠管，病变局部采用薄层增强扫描，17例辅以图像后处理技术。

The study of their precise UPb geochronology and characteristics of rock associations shows that (1) small amount of EarlyTriassic (~248 Ma) volcanic rocks were preserved and cropped out in the area, which consist mainly of thin bed of andesitic rocks intercalated with minor basaltic andesites; that (2) the MiddleTriassic magmatism was characterized by extensive felsic igneous rocks with minor basalts interbedded in the middle of volcanic sections in part of areas, and the late MiddleTriassic rhyolites and main body of Lincang granitic batholith have the same extrusive/intrusive time with the age of ~230 Ma; that (3) the LateTriassic volcanic sequences are principally composed of basalts with minor interlayered rhyolites, exhibiting typical characteristics of bimodal volcanics.

Methods: Radix Rheum, Leech, Fructus Arctium in Huangzhi Oral Liquids was identified by TLC.

Results: The obtained TLC spots of Radix Rheum, Leech, Fructus Arctium in Huangzhi Oral Liquids occurred at the corresponding positions compared to the controls. The studies showed that spot of naringoside on TLC.

结果：黄蛭口服液中的大黄、水蛭、牛蒡子和对照药材薄层色谱主斑点位置一致；且定性鉴别斑点圆整，分离度好，易于区别。
