In the different process conditions, sugarcane wax was extracted from filter mud, a by-product of sugar mill, by two-step process and one-step process and can be used as the semifinished product for sugarcane wax refining and further processing.

以甘蔗糖厂副产品滤泥为原料，选定不同的工艺条件，分别以两步法和一步法提取蔗蜡，作为蔗蜡精制及深加工的中间产品。

The mixed sugarcane juice was decoloured by steel slag in order to find a new decolouring agent. The effects of steel slag size and dosage, disposing temperature and time on the results of decolouration were discussed,and the optimum conditions were obtained as the following:steel slag size of 100 mesh and dosage 3g, disposing temperature 45℃ and time 5min.

摘 要：为了研究开发新型的蔗汁脱色剂，利用钢渣对甘蔗糖厂混合汁进行了脱色处理，研究了钢渣细度、钢渣用量、处理温度、处理时间等因素对蔗汁脱色效果的影响，并确定了钢渣用于蔗汁脱色的最佳工艺条件为：钢渣细度100目，钢渣用量3g，处理温度45℃，处理时间5min。
