The results revealed that double scale can produce 13~16 adventive buds per centimeter in MS medium added 10.0 mg/L 6-BA, 1.0 mg/ L NAA, 40 g/L sugar and 7.5 g/L agar. Scale, leaves, scape and different tissue of flower can be induced to produce callus in appropriate medium, but the filament with anther was the optimized explant.

构建了两个基因的pBI121和pCAMBIA1300植物表达载体，并通过农杆菌将上述基因转入烟草和拟南芥中，得到了卡那抗性的再生植株。4、以中国水仙不同部位外植体进行了不定芽直接分化和愈伤组织诱导分化试验，结果表明，双鳞片外植体在MS0+6-BA 10.0 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L+蔗糖40 g/L+琼脂7.5 g/L培养基上可以大量地直接再生，再生芽数量平均可达13~16个/cm双鳞片，比传统的鳞茎盘之间分化提高30~50%；鳞片、叶片、花葶及花部不同组织在适宜的配方中均可不同程度地诱导出愈伤组织，但以带花药的花丝诱导出的愈伤组织最好。

The callus induction best culture medium is WPM ZT 1.5mg/L (above inculture medium sugar is 2.0%, agar-agar is 0.8%, the PH value is 5.6), its induction leads reaches as high as 88.0%.

愈伤组织诱导的最佳培养基为WPM ZT 1.5mg/L（以上培养基中均加入蔗糖2.0%，琼脂0.8%，PH值为5.6），其诱导率高达88.0%。

本试验所测定的根系土壤微生物与根系土壤酶活性间均呈正相关，除了好、气性细菌、放线菌、真菌与脲酶间未达到显著或极显著相关外，其余因子间均呈显著或极显著相关；此外，通过根系土壤生物学因子与根系土壤养分相关分析，发现除了速效K与脲酶、过氧化氢酶呈负相关外，其余生物因子与土壤养分因子间均呈正相关，其中，好气性细菌、蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶与水解N、有机质和速效P极显著相关；放线菌与所有养分因子间均极显著相关；真菌与水解N、有机质和速效P极显著相关，与速效K显著相关；脲酶与水解N极显著相关，与速效P显著相关。

The stability of aloin decreased with the increase of temperature and heating time. However, the absorbency of aloin did not change with time under room temperature (20℃). The aloin was sensitive to light, and the aloe juice showed a yellowish green sediment in 2 hours after exposed to sunlight. The stability of aloin declined when the pH value arose. 结果表明：加热的温度越高，时间越长，芦荟苷的热稳定性越差，而在室温下(20℃)芦荟苷的吸光度基本不随时间改变；芦荟苷具有光敏性，在太阳光照射下，2小时后便出现黄绿色沉淀物；芦荟溶液随着pH的升高，其稳定性下降；低浓度的氯化钠和蔗糖对芦荟汁液稳定性的维持比高浓度的效果明显。
