The normal water level of a reservoir is a key parameter for hydropower station operation. A multi-objective decision-making model is developed by grey correlation analysis, which can effectively treat unquantifiable grey evaluating indicators.

The research mainly includes:(1) As for some existing problems in simplified graded-evaporation calculation anddescription of catchment impoundage, in the dissertation, taking Dahuofang Runoff Model foran example, the function of membership grade was used to fuzzily describe the evaporationand impoundage. It can solve parameter sensitivity resulted from original graded-evaporationcalculation and get a reasonable evaporation result.

主要研究内容和成果如下：(1)对产流模型中采用分级简化计算蒸发和流域蓄水容量描述存在的问题，以大伙房模型为例，首先利用隶属度函数对蒸发和蓄水容量进行模糊描述，解决了原分级计算导致蒸发参数敏感，蒸发量计算不合理的问题。

Sabaigrass planting improves the soil water conservation functions. The study results indicated: vegetation influenced the soil water conservationfunctions of the purple sloping fields greatly. Pure and mixed stands of Sabaigrassvegetation not only improved the soil water conservation functions in purple soilsloping fields, but also has the better effect than wild vegetation.

2龙须草种植可明显改良土壤蓄水性能本研究结果表明：植被的存在与否对紫色土荒山坡地土壤蓄水性能影响很大，龙须草纯种植被和龙须草-林木复合种植植被不仅极显著地改良了紫色土荒山坡地土壤蓄水性能，而且其改良效果显著好于野生自然植被。

Ahead impounding water of Three Gorges reservoir is an important problem of getting more benefit of Three Gorges Project, but it will inevitablely increase the risk of flood control. It is necessary to put forward an effective scheme to meet the flood control requirement.

三峡水库提前蓄水是充分发挥三峡水库效益的重要课题，而提前蓄水必然会提高三峡大坝的防洪风险，有必要提出一个有效的调度力案解决。

If the natural land reclaimed to garden or slope land, the saturation capacity of the top-soil will fall by 31.2%, non-capillary water storage capacity fall by 65.5%, and capillary water storage capacity on slope land fall by 34.3%.

当自然利用土地改为园地、坡耕地以后，其表层土壤的最大蓄水能力下降31.2%、非毛管蓄水能力下降65.5%、坡耕地的毛管蓄水能力下降34.3%。

Li Yong'an, Three Gorges Project welcomed in three milestones in 2003, namely water filling of the reservoir, operation of the ship lock and power production of the generating unit; and further in September 2005, the 14 sets of hydro-turbine generating unit (700MW each) of the left-bank powerhouse were all connected on-line for power production; and in May 2006, approximate 10 months ahead of the preliminary design schedule and 2 years ahead of the expectation of the flood control performance, the Three Gorges Dam was completed and fully reached to its designed crest elevation of 185m, able to impound water with the whole structure of dam.
