The chemical composition research aspect literature report are extremely few: According to reports, the root of Rosa davurica pall includes the lactone, the tanning substance, the return to original state sugar, the total lucoside, the flavanone, the phenol class, the biological alkalis, the protein, the anthraquinone equi com ponent, moreover ,the total polysaccharide is the even polysaccharide which is composed by the fructose.In 1999, for the first time from puncture the root in the alcohol extraction to sep arate Oleanic acid. And used the double wave length thin layer scanning method to determine the uneven pillar tartaric acid in to puncture in the root ontent.

化学成分研究方面文献报道极少：据报道，山刺玫根中含有内酯、鞣质、还原糖、总苷、黄酮、酚类、生物碱类、蛋白质、蒽醌等成分，而且山刺玫根中总多糖是由果糖组成的均多糖。1999年，首次从刺玫根的乙醇提取物中分离出齐墩果酸，并采用双波长薄层扫描法测定了齐墩果酸在刺玫根中的含量。

结果得到11个化合物，分别鉴定为：槲皮素(1)、山柰酚(2)、槲皮苷(3)、原儿茶酸(4)、没食子酸(5)、原儿茶酸乙酯(6)、没食子酸乙酯(7)、香草酸(8)、1，5，7-三羟基-3-甲基蒽醌(9)、琥珀酸(10)、5-羟甲基糠醛(11)。结论化合物6、7、9、11为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

They were separated by using DEAE-cellulose column chromatography. Their structures were determined by IR and GC-MS. The contents of the total polysaccharide, 3,6-anhydrogalactose and sulfate were analyzed by the methods of anthranone-sulfuric acid, resorcin and BaCl2 turbidimetry.

分别用蒽酮—硫酸法、间苯二酚法、BaCl_2比浊法测定多糖样品的总糖含量、3，6-内醚半乳糖含量和总硫酸基含量；用红外光谱法确定多糖样品的特征基团；用气质联用法初步测定麒麟菜硫酸多糖的化学组成。

The contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein and malondialdehyde were determined by anthrone method,Foiln-hydroxybenzene method,thiobarbituric acid method respectively.

分别采用蒽酮法、Folin-酚法、硫代巴比妥酸法测定可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质和丙二醛MDA的含量，用电导仪测定幼苗的电解质渗透率。

结果：两者所含的化学成分类型基本相同，可初步确定其可能含有多糖、鞣质、酚类、有机酸、黄酮类、蒽醌类、强心苷、三萜类化合物及其皂苷等化学成分。

Results:The leaves of Tatarian Dogwood contained amino acid,polysaccharides,reducing sugar,glycosides,cardiac glycosides,anthraquinones,flavonoids,tannin,volatile oils and chlorophyll.Protein,organic acid,coumarin and alkaloid failed to be detected.

结果：红瑞木叶含有氨基酸、多糖、还原糖、苷类、酚性物、蒽醌、黄酮、鞣质、挥发油、叶绿素等化学成分，未检测出蛋白质、有机酸、香豆素、生物碱、皂苷类成分。
