第一章《漠南蒙古的形成》，对漠南蒙古的形成问题作了专门的研究。

The thesis made a study on the construction of the road transportation in Inner Mongolia. Through analyzing the social economys development, the present of synthesis transportation and the infrastructure, the equipment of goods traffic and the present situation of the operation and the management, the problems between road transportation and social economic development in the structure in Inner Mongolia were pointed out. Then the methods of regression forecast, flexible coefficient, and straight line tendency forecast etc were used to estimate the quantities of the goods and Freight Ton-kilometers. According to the future demands of goods volume of road transported and the development of freight transportation turnover quantity in Inner Mongolia and the existence question, the adjustment plan of the road goods traffic station yard layout, network structure transports strength structure and service system have been proposed, and then the synthesis appraisal of the plan has been carried on, the Inner Mongolia road goods traffic structure adjustment safeguard measure was proposed.

本论文以内蒙古自治区公路货物运输的结构性为研究对象，通过分析社会经济发展、综合运输现状及基础设施、货物运输装备、运营与管理现状等，指出了目前内蒙古自治区公路货物运输与社会经济发展、综合运输发展在结构方面存在的问题：运用相关线性回归分析、弹性系数法、直线趋势预测等方法，对内蒙古自治区公路货物运输未来的货运量和货运周转量进行了预测；根据未来内蒙古自治区公路货运量和货运周转量的发展需求与存在的问题，提出了公路货物运输路网结构、站场布局、运力结构、服务体系等方面的调整方案，并对方案进行了综合评价；提出了内蒙古自治区公路货物运输结构调整的保障措施。

The group will present folk dances such as the Pastoral Landscape, Mongolian Women and Ancient Dance; traditional folk music like the 4-stringed instrument solo, Hoofbeat; folk songs and lithe performances, which show the bold and unconstrained character of the Mongolian people and their folk customs.

歌舞团向艺术节奉献德节目有民间舞蹈（"牧区风光"、"蒙古妇女"、"古代舞蹈"等）、传统民乐（马头琴独奏"马蹄声"等）、民间歌曲以及独特德柔软艺术表演。这些节目鲜明地反映了粗犷、豪放德蒙古人民德精神风貌和风土人情。

分内蒙古、巴尔虎——布里亚特和卫拉特三种方言。14世纪初又进行了改革，成为今天通用的蒙古文字。

在此基础上，更加深入开展对清朝蒙古地区地方法律文献的史学和法学的分析研究，是蒙古学界和法学界的重任，也是法史学界面临的具有现实意义的课题之一。

In the study of Mongolian lexicology there are two questions worth mentioning.

在蒙语词汇学中有两个值得注意的问题：一是蒙古教育类成语在结构、表达意义和表达方式等各个方面都反映出了极为典型的游牧文明的特征，是蒙古民族语言、文化和思维宝库的精华；二是现阶段众多和非亲属语言的对比研究中，蒙语和汉语在民族文化教育方面的研究工作和研究成果较少，需要进一步的深入研究。

It pointed out that company from the middle period of 19th century to the beginning of 20th century with the deep-going of Christianity in Inner Mongolia, on one hand, it brought about some unfavorable influence for the local people. On the other hand, in order to convenient for doing Missionary work, all kinds of these social welfares which were took adopt by Missionary, speed up the advance of Inner Mongolic society.

从正反两方面分析了此间基督宗教对内蒙古社会的影响，指出19世纪中叶至20世纪初，伴随着基督宗教对内蒙古社会的深入，给当地群众的生产生活造成一定不利影响，但传教士为了便于传教工作的开展，所采取的一系列社会福利措施，在客观上加速了内蒙古社会的进步，这一点上是可以肯定的。

The dissertation is baced on the course of social development, the inherent lows of art and unique development direction of Mongolic theory of literature and art to naturally from the following three parts: In the firt chapter the writer expounds emphatically the inherent of traditional culture and its style of existence, at the same time he points out what the Mongolic theory of literature and art has contained.

本篇论文基于社会历史发展过程，艺术内在规律和蒙古文论独特发展方向，自然形成以下三个部分。第一章里着重论述传统文化的继承和存在方式，指出传统蒙古文论所包含的深层文化内容。
