Functinal complementation test showed that trehalose-6-phosphate synthase mutant (tps1△), transformed by the open reading frame of SpTPS1 gene, restored growth on the mediam supplemented with glucose as a sole carbon source. This result indicated that trehalose-6-phosphate synthase gene (SpTPS1) of Selaginella pulvinata has biologically activity and is hopful to be applied to transgeneic improvement of plant for abiotic stress tolerance.

目的 探讨糖尿病对耳鼻咽喉—头颈外科患者手术后并发症的影响以及糖尿病患者的围手术期治疗方法对51例接受耳鼻咽喉及头颈部不同类型手术的糖尿病患者，观察其围手术期并发症，并于术 3天改三餐前0.5h皮下注射速效胰岛素治疗，根据血糖的测定结果，开始剂量约为4～8U；对术后禁食需要补液的患者，按葡萄糖3～4g/胰岛素1U的比例给药，并每日监测血糖指标；术后进流质或半流质饮食的患者，于三餐前皮下注射胰岛素，按血糖测定情况给药，直至围手术期结束。

Methods 51patients with diabetes accepting various otorlaryngology-head and neck-surgical operation were adopted,regardless of previous treatments.Three days before operati on they all accepted regular insulin injecti on subcutaneously half an hour before three meals.The first dosage was roughly4～8U,then adjusted according to blood sugar levels.For the fasting patients who demanded fluid replacement post-operationalˉly,we infused solution in proportion to1U insulin/3～4g glucose and monitored everyday blood sugar in the meantime.The post-operational patient on liquid or semiliquid diet injected insulin subcutaneously before three meals,applied inˉsulin according to blood sugar level until end of perioperative period.

Mainly using protein - film voltammetric technique, we have achieved direct electrochemical response of lots of proteins such as hemoglobin, myoglobin, cytocrome c, cytocrome b5, horseradish peroxiase, GOD ,Vitreoscillia sp. haemoglobin, etc., at a series of protein membrane modified electrodes, for instance, protein/kieselgubr, protein/polyethylene glycol, protein/polyethyleneimine, protein/phosphatidylcholine, protein/DNA, protein/montmorillonite/polyvinyl alcohol, protein/silver nanoparticle/ cysteamine membrane modified electrode, etc., which are prepared by casting, incorperating or layer by layer self-assembly methods. Electrochemical behavior of these proteins in the films have been studied, and their structural and conformational changes have also been examined with spectrometric techniques.
