葡萄球菌病

The results showed that 109 cases of SLE inpatients were infected by the various pathogens, and the percentage of patients with complicated infection was 46. 38%. The total number of infections was 124, among them, 65 were nosocomial infecton. The percentage of various infections were as follows: bacterial infections 52. 42%(65/124), infectious diseases 17.74%(22/124), fungal diseases 16. 94%(21/124), viral diseases 12.9%(16/ 124), successively. 11 cases died of acute miliary tuberculosis, hepatitis B and hepatic coma, staphylococcal septicemia, cryp tococcal meningitis.

结果总感染例次为124，其中65例次为医院内感染；各种感染性疾病在总感染例次中的构成比从高到低依次为细菌性疾病 52.42％(65/124)、传染性疾病17.74％(22/124)、深部真菌病16.94％(21/124)及病毒性疾病12.9％(16/124)；11例死亡的病例其原因分别为急性粟粒型肺结核、乙型肝炎并肝昏迷、金黄色葡萄球菌性败血症、隐球菌性脑膜炎。

检测的项目主要有：大豆疫病、小麦矮腥黑穗病菌、松材线虫、假高梁、菜豆象、菜豆英斑驳病毒等植物危险性有害生物，赤羽病、白血病、副结核等动物危险性有害生物，单增李斯特氏菌，金黄色葡萄球菌，沙门氏菌等致病性食品微生物，大豆、油菜籽、玉米等转基因产品，以及预防疯牛病的牛羊源成分检测等。

Result3 strains of endophytic fungi had growth peak when the pH value was 6.5-7.5,and could grow within pH of 4.0-8.5. Their acid-alkali adaptability was strong,in which the P-3 adaptability was the strongest. P-1and P-2 had the stronger inhibition to the Bacillus subtilis,Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus,and P-3 only had the little inhibition to Escherichia coli. The 3 endophytic fungi all had inhibitory effect on Podosphaera leucotrlcha,Alternaria mali,and Gymnosporangium yamadae Miyabe,in which,P-1 had the better inhibitory ability.

结果3株内生真菌在pH值6.5～7.5出现生长最高峰，在pH值4.0～8.5都可以生长，酸碱适应性很强，其中P-3的适应性最强。P-1和P-2对枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌都有较强的抑制能力，而P-3只对大肠杆菌有很微弱的抑制能力。3株内生真菌对苹果锈病病原菌、苹果白粉病病原菌、苹果落叶病病原菌都有抑制作用，其中P-1的抑制能力较强。

Results 761 strains were isolated from 722 patients (50.1%) of which, 170 (22.3%) were Klebsiella pneumoniae, 130 (17.1%) were Escherichia coli, 89 (11.7%) were Streptococcus pneumoniae, 63 (8.3%) were Staphylococcus aureus, 60 (7.9%) were Hemophilus influenzae and Hemophilus parainfluenzae.

结果 1441例病人中，722例检出细菌共761株，分离阳性率为50.1%，分离菌依次为肺炎克雷伯菌170株(22.3%)、大肠埃希菌130株(17.1%)、肺炎链球菌89株(11.7%)、金黄色葡萄球菌63株(8.3%)及流感和副流感嗜血杆菌60株(7.9%)。
