The radical scavenging activity of Laminaria japonica pigments was studied by the DPPH2,2-Diphenyl~(-1-picrylhydrazylassay. The total pigments showed a strong DPPH radical scavenging activity of 65.819% with the concentration of 0.52mg.ml~(-1). The DPPH radical scavenging activity of fucoxanthin was 19.85% with the concentration of 0.27mg.ml~(-1). The antimicrobial activity of pigment in Laminaria japonica was studied by the method of round paper. The results showed that the pigment extracts have activity against Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Saricina flava and Saccharomyes cerevisia. The antibacterial activity of total pigments for Saccharomyes cerevisia was the strongest with an inhibition diameter of 18.9 mm; and the antibacterial activity of fucoxanthin for Saricina flava was also much significant with an inhibition diameter of 10.2 mm.

测定了它们对自由基的清除率和对四种细菌的抑菌效果，研究结果表明，总色素和褐藻黄素的浓度与自由基清除率成正比，当总色素浓度为0.52mg.ml~(-1)时，清除率达到65.819%，高于陆生植物黑米色素和紫甘薯色素；当褐藻黄素浓度为0.27mg.ml~(-1)时，自由基清除率达到19.85%，低于紫苏色素、紫甘蓝色素、黑米色素、紫甘薯色素；对大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、八叠球菌、金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌实验结果显示，海带总色素对金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌活性最强，抑菌圈直径为18.9mm；褐藻黄素对八叠球菌的抑菌活性相对较强，抑菌圈直径为10.2mm。

The increment of phagocytic percents for PMN and Mφto S.aureus were 29.5%and 2.7.66%, those to E.coli were 26.5%and 26.36%,respectively.The opsonization of specific IgY to PMN and Mφwas similar(p＞0.05 ).Treatments for clinical mastitis and experimental mastitis were performed by a 6-day course of intramammary infusion with IgY(200 mg) and penicillin(1000 mg).

结果：根据两种菌株的两组MBC的结果显示：实验组中金黄色葡萄球菌的MBC的平均值基本上低于对照组中金黄色葡萄球菌的MBC平均值一个梯度；而试验组中的肺炎链球菌的MBC平均值为与对照组中的肺炎链球菌MBC平均值大致相同。

Methods Peritoneal macrophages of guinea pigs were infected in vitro by three different Leptospira strains, the virulent Leptospira interrogans serovar Lai type strain Lai, the avirulent L. interrogans serovar Lai type strain IPAV, and the nonpathogenic L. biflexa serovar Patoc type strain PatocⅠ, respectively, and heat inactivated Staphylococcus epidermidis was added 0.5, 1.5, 3 and 6 h after infection and incubated for 30 min. The effect of Leptospira on the phagocytosis of macrophage was evaluated by the inactivated Staphylococcus epidermidis phagocytosis rate and phagocytosis index. Phagocytosis and ultrastructure of peritoneal macrophages were observed by transmission electron microscopy 3 h after infection, and changes of cytoskeleton of the macrophages were observed by laser scanning confocal microscopy.

Resultsthe lowest spermicidal concentration of ethanol extract of rhynchosia volubilis lour roots on mouse and human sperm were 50mg/ml and 100mg/ml, respectively.the lowest inhibiting concentration of ethanol extract of rhynchosia volubilis lour roots on staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa, escherichia coli, and pneumobacillus were 1.0,1.0,4.0,4.0 mg/ml,respectively.conclusionthe ethanol extract of rhynchosia volubilis lour roots has spermicidal and antibacterial effect.

结果鹿藿醇提取物对小鼠和人精子最低杀精浓度分别为50和100 mg/ml；对标准菌金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌mic分别为1.0，1.0，4.0，4.0 mg/ml。对临床分离菌金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌mic分别为0.5，2.0，8.0 mg/ml。结论鹿藿醇提取物对小鼠和人精子有一定杀精作用，对临床常见致病菌有比较强的抗菌作用。
