Bipolaris sorokiniana may affect turf grass to cause leaf spot, bud rot, seedling blight, root rot, sheath rot. The temperature range of colony growth is 10～40℃, the optimum 25℃. Conidia can germinate in the temperature range of 20～35℃, and germinate best at 28℃; Conidia germinate well on slide water surface, contrary to other different methods, and they can germinate well under given air condition, but germination is not strict with nutrition. The inhibiting test of 8 kinds of fungicide showed Sporgon 50WP was most effective, and the inhibiting effect of the others was well to the conidia germination.

Bipolaris sorokiniana能浸染草坪禾草叶片形成梭形病斑，并可导致芽腐、苗枯、根腐、茎基腐、鞘腐等症状；病原菌在10～40℃下能够生长，最适生长温度为25℃；病原菌分生孢子在不同萌发条件中以水平萌发较好；分生孢子萌发需要空气条件，但对营养要求不严格；在20～35℃下分生孢子均可萌发，以28℃下萌发最好；八种不同药剂对病原菌的抑制效果表明，50%施保功可湿性粉剂1500倍液效果较好，其抑菌圈直径和抑制分生孢子萌发率分别为46.2mm和81.3%，其他几种药剂对孢子萌发也有较好的抑制作用。

With the Sand culture method, influences of different magnesium levels (0%、50%、100%、150%、200% and 300%) was explored to the wheat seedlings of different stages. Many targets such as plant height, root length, biomass, content of chlorophyll, activity of root, RGY, RGR and ratio of root to crown of the wheat were mensurated at the time of 7d, 15d and 30d of two leaves stage of wheat seedlings after their endosperms were removed at different magnesium levels.The results showed that different magnesium levels had unlike influences over the wheat seedlings.

以小麦为试材，采用砂基培养的方法，在镁浓度分别为对照组的0%、50%、100%、150%、200%和300%的营养基质上，培养剔除胚乳后的二叶期小麦幼苗7d、15d及30d，并分别测定该3个时间段小麦幼苗的株高、根长、地上部和地下部的生物量、叶绿素含量、根系活力以及相对生长速度、相对生长速率和根冠比等指标，研究不同供镁水平对不同时期小麦幼苗生长速率的影响。

At a certain range, habitat loss and its spatial structure can benefit the control of the epidemic disease, which indicates the possibility of using human disturbance in habitat as a potential epidemic-control method in conservation.(6) Not only the quantity of habitat loss but also the spatial correlations of patch types caused by nonrandom habitat loss affect the invasion and transmission of disease. More fragmented landscape (high amount of habitat loss, low clustering of lost patches) hinders the parasitic infection, which also indicates that whether the spatial heterogeneity benefits or hinders the invasion is dependent on the considered ecological process.(7) Two components of the spatial heterogeneity (the amount and spatial autocorrelation of the lost habitat) form a trade-off in determining the host-parasite dynamics.(8) Within a certain range of habitat loss, host can counterbalance the positive and negative effects, and shows a rising tendency.(9) The epidemic is more likely to break out in the prey-predator system if only a small amount of habitat loss.(10) A highly aggregated distribution of species is a common behavioral strategy when dealing with habitat loss or other environmental stresses.(11) The parasite-host/prey-predator eco-epidemiological systems have the similar mechanism with the intraguild predation systems, and the predator acts as the intraguild predation, the infected prey acts as intraguild prey, and the susceptible prey acts as shared resource.(12) Species at the highest trophic level are no longer affected the most by habitat loss, which depend not only on the biological mechanism but also on the external environmental disturbances.

Methods IUGR model were established by maternal protein-malnutrition. The mRNA levels of TLR4 in hepatics of IUGR rats at 3 weeks of age were analyzed by fluorescent quantization RT–PCR. TLR4 protein levels in hepatics were determined by Western blot. Hepatics TNF-αand IL-1βlevels were measured by ELISA.
