萜烷

Teasaponins is a mixture of oleanene-type triterpene saponin that extracted from theaceae camellia plants. It has many bioactivities as well as fine surface activity.

茶皂素是从山茶科山茶属植物中提取出来的一类齐墩果烷型三萜类皂甙的混合物。

RESULTS: A germacrane sesquiterpenoid, incaspitolide D (1), along with-N-benzoylphenylalanine--2-benzamido-3-phenyl- propyl ester (2), indole-3-carboxylic acid (3), apigenin (4), diosmetin (5) and luteolin (6) was isolated. CONCLUSION: Compounds 1-5 were isolated for the first time from Vernonia patula.

结果：分离到1个牻牛烷型倍半萜内酯， 1个苯丙氨酸衍生物、1个生物碱和3个黄酮化合物，根据波谱数据和X-衍射分析分别鉴定为：incaspitolide D (1)，-N-苯甲酰基苯基丙氨酸–-2-苯甲酰氨基–3-苯基丙酯(S-N-benzoylalanine-–2-benzamido-3-phenylpropyl ester， 2；吲哚-3-羧酸(indole-3-carboxylic acid， 3)；香叶木素(diosmetin， 4)，芹菜素(apigenin， 5)和木犀草素(luteolin， 6)。

The distance difference between 6/8/6/4 taxoids and 5/7/6/4 taxoids indicates that the role of oxetane is to form a suitable bow-shaped skeleton with 6/8/6 tricycle.

环氧丙烷结构类型化合物弓形口间距值明显区别于其它三类化合物；5/7/6/4与6/8/6/4类型化合物弓形口距离不同，说明紫杉烷二萜化合物的环氧丙烷结构对活性的作用是和6/8/6三环骨架共同支撑一个合适大小的弓形架。

The results showed that SFE-CO_2 was the ideal method to extract volatile oils from lotus leaves. GC-MS was applied to isolate and analyze the components of extracted volatile oils. 76 components were detected, among which SD and SE detected 23 components respectively, while SFE-CO_2 detected 52 components. The main ingredients were terpenes, alcohols, esters, ketones and alkyls, etc.

并通过GC-MS联用技术，对提取得到的挥发油组分进行了分离分析，共检出76种成分，其中水蒸气蒸馏法和有机溶剂提取法分别检出23种成分，超临界萃取所得荷叶挥发油检出52种成分，主要为萜烯、醇、酯和酮、烷类化合物等。

Alkylbenzene, normal alkanes and alkylcyclohexane on the pyrolysates of P. Boryanum at 300℃ had uniform distribution and the relative content of them was similar, indicating that they originated from same precursors. Fatty acids, alcohol and ketone in algal cell are the possible precursors. For example, the precursor of relatively abundant C〓 alkylbenzene and alkylbenzene with C〓 side chain perhaps related with palmitic acid. N-alkylnaphthalene in pyrolysates at 300℃ probably derived from alkylation of cleavage products of aromatic steranes and terpanes.

在盘星藻300℃热解产物中，烷基苯、正烷烃和烷基环己烷碳数分布一致、各化合物的相对含量接近，表明它们有相同的来源，藻类体内的脂肪酸、醇和酮及细胞壁等物质可能是其母质，相对含量较高的碳数为16及侧链碳数为16的烷基苯类化合物，其前身物可能与软脂酸有关。300℃热解产物中的正烷基萘类化合物，可能由芳香甾、萜类的降解产物与直链烃类加成烷基化而形成。
