Results 20 cases of CT examination had made proper diagnoses,the CT imaging finding about the most of peripheral cholangiocarcinoma included:There was the atactic low density tumour in liver,its borderline was unclear,enhanced scan appearances were irregular peripheral enhancement,centripetal enhancement,and delaying enhancement;There was concretion and dilatation of bile buct in or around the focus;The local envelope of liver was lacunose and the local liver was atrophied,There was abroad putrescence and liquescence in the focus.

结果 20例CT做出了正确的诊断，部分周围型胆管细胞癌的CT表现肝内不规则低密度肿块边界欠清，增强扫描表现病灶边缘呈不规则环状强化，有向心性强化的趋势，出现延迟强化；病灶内或周围可见结石，病灶内及周围肝内胆管扩张；局部肝包膜回缩、肝叶萎缩，病灶内大片坏死、液化。

METHODS: Between November 2003 and January 2004, seven patients, who suffered vocal fold atrophy, underwent micronized AlloDerm injection laryngoplasty and were enrolled in this study. Their ages ranged from 32 to 74 years with a mean age of 44 years.

材料及方法：回溯性地收集2003年11月至2004年1月间，因声带萎缩导致声门闭合不全而接受微粉化AlloDerm注射喉整形术之病患，共有7名（男2，女5），年龄分布32~74岁，平均44岁。

RESULTS The degenerative changes of nerve ending in Meissner's corpuscles were observed after 1 month of denervation, and the basic structure of the corpuscles had no obvious changes. After 3 months, the axons of corpuscles were disappeared, and the volume of corpuscles was shrunk. The basic structure of nerves was disappeared, and the lemmocyte and neurolemma plate were changed after 5 months.

结果 失神经1个月时触觉小体内的神经末梢已有溃变，触觉小体的基本结构无明显改变；3个月时轴突消失，触觉小体的体积开始萎缩；5个月时神经结构消失，膜细胞及其膜板亦开始改变；8个月时触觉小体内胶原纤维含量逐渐增多；12个月时触觉小体内膜结构与膜间基质完全消失，被胶原纤维代替。
