The purpose was to study the effect of NAA with different concn. on the germination and growth of soybean sprouts.

Well developed shoots were successfully obtained after 45 days of culture of shoot tip explants on MS medium supplemented with 4-8 mg/l Benzylaminopurine and 0.5 mg/l α-Naphthaleneacetic acid. Addition of 0.01-0.5 mg/l Thidiazuron in the medium was found to be beneficial for rapid growth of shoot tip explants.

培植体培养於MS基本盐类并添加4-8mg/l BA和0.5mg/l NAA的培养基45天后，对促进新茎节萌发效果良好；而接种於含0.01-0.5mg/l TDZ固体培养之茎顶培植体，也显示有促进茎节快速生长的作用。
