Result The result showed that the inhibitory action of isofenphos-methyl on T. harzianum was strongest and the fungistatic rate was 64.37% after treated with 200 μg/ml isofenphos-methyl ,and its EC50 was 119.56μg/ml, the germination rate was 64.25 %. The next was phoxim and phoxim-cyoermethrin mixture, the germination rates were 68.5% and 72.08% when the application concentration was under normal use content, their EC50 of mycelia growth was 285.63 and 251.51 μg/ml.

结果］甲基异柳磷在田间使用浓度(200μg/ml)下对哈茨木霉的菌丝生长和孢子萌发有强烈的抑制作用，抑菌率为64.37%，抑制中浓度EC50为119.56μg/ml，孢子的萌发率仅为64.25%；其次为辛硫磷和辛。
