Methods:Supercritical CO2 extraction was used with absolute alcohol as entrainer,and the L9(33)orthogonal experiment was designed,and the effects of extraction pressure,temperature and material-entrainer ratio on the extraction rate were investigated.

以无水乙醇做夹带剂，采用超临界CO2萃取法，并设计L9(33)正交实验，考察萃取压力、萃取温度和物料与夹带剂的料液比对萃取率的影响。

The results showed that the significance of the effects of these factors on the oil extraction efficiency decreaseed in the order:extraction pressure, time, temperature and entrainer dosage, and the maximum extraction efficiency of watermelon seed oil could reach 52.18% under the extraction pressure of 40 MPa, temperature of 45℃, time of 150 min and the ethanol dosage of 7%.

结果表明，影响西瓜籽油萃取率的因素主次顺序为：萃取压力＞萃取时间＞萃取温度＞夹带剂用量；最佳提取条件为萃取压力40 MPa，萃取温度45℃，萃取时间150 min，夹带剂乙醇用量7%。在最佳条件下西瓜籽油萃取率为52.18%。

The diluent solution of glyoxylic acid and oxalic acid was used as the separation object.TOA (in n-octanol) was used as the solvent. The extraction characteristics of single acid and two-acid solution were studied,and the influence of pH and the concentration of complexing agent on the distribution coefficients were measured. The suitable mathematic models were proposed to describe the relationship between TOA and carboxylic acid based on assumed extraction reaction in organic phase.

摘 要：以草酸和乙醛酸的稀溶液为分离对象，采用三辛胺为萃取反应剂、正辛醇为稀释剂，研究了单溶质、双溶质有机酸的萃取分离特性，测定了溶液pH值、萃取反应剂的浓度等因素对双溶质有机酸萃取的影响，提出了萃取的化学反应发生在有机相中的假定，建立了TOA萃取草酸的数学模型。
